Okay, I found something that could be fixed.
In "messages"

It will come out in a single code line.

First off you have two Time Stamps.. Although I disagree on using the Day for a time stamp. I don't like it.. But, that's just me.
Second, maybe change up the color of you're name and other users, it's easier to distinguish.

uMm not much to share really.
I don't really get on anymore, I'm getting married hopefully within the year. So, because of that I've been spending a lot of time with her and her family.
Consequently, I've stopped scripting and I don't even have IRC program on my computer.
Thanks for all the help from everyone.
And, I hope I've helped some of you out. Take care.

I say the timestamp is way too long. I agree with it should be a Treebar, instead of a switch.
It's more organized that way. And in my opinion looks cleaner.
You have too many tabs in your CHAN popups a lot you can easily combine. (I.e. Admin Access/Admin Protect/IRC-D-Admin Commands.
That should help clean it up a bit more.

SpooF I've been thinking about a digital lag bar for years.
But, I have no experience making lag-bar's so I wouldn't know where to go. And now that I converted to DCX I really wouldn't know where to start.
Jethro, maybe Hash? But I don't know much about Hash tables.
