You can use:
.ban -k $nick Banned until further notice. $chr(35) $+ %counterkicks.
where you have
mode +bb $nick $address($nick,2) | cs kick $chan $nick Banned until further notice. # $+ %counterkicks.
! DONT PUT #, cause it associates with channel name, replace it with $chr(35)
msg $chan Don\'t ban me, $nick $+ !
is completely stupid.
set %counterkicks. 1 - wtf? It will reset the counter every time someone will ban you, just use .inc %counterkicks
