you need to open a new mirc instance and connect up as a bot. Then on your original: /msg !register

Replace with your bot's name

How can i setup Bot on mIRC???? when i use command "/msg botname !register" and another command,it always notice to appear "botname No such nick/channel"..???????

You mean you want to load the script to your mIRC? Read the attached readme.txt and the instructions on how to load the script is there. :)
