Slight error on line 43 makes it keep updating topic of live streams even if it hasn't changed. "#" should be "$chr(35)"

Why when I use this do I not get the correct uptime? My display looks like this (the stream had been live 20 minutes according to Twitch):

Twitch: -> Stream:enlivee-=- Status: Online -=- Viewer(s):174-=- Live since:2014-10-13 17:00:14(-24004 seconds ago)

I copied the code exactly

This is great. Thank you. I tried adding a command with a $nick in the output, but it just spits out $nick, not the actual nickname. Is this a possibility?
NVM - I found the answer. Working now.
