Deleted all of Ghost-Writers failure of a comment. Note, that he is indeed a faggot who masturbates to IRCds.

Actually, you'd be better off using BotServ's fantasy commands, just sayin..

@Vesperia
This isn't mircscript, this is python. To run python scripts, you need to download the interpreter.

Lol, /whowas is an rfc command. Any IRC daemon that doesn't have it is nonstandard.

@Ghost-writer
"good code" is very exaggerated. I sense biased comments.

Not to be mean or anything, but that is really really ugly code.

Problems:
1) Loud timers
2) / in a remote script
3) you're missing the "on" for the load event
4) poor wildcard usage in the matchtext
5) # is faster than $chan to parse and does the same thing
6) a numeric access level is more straightforward than "owner"
7) seperate lines per command is faster than using | seperators
8) you could add in a login system for "owner" or whatever number you choose

Solutions:
1) .timer
2) remove the /'s
3) on *:load:
4) "on owner:TEXT:!restart:#:" and "on owner:TEXT:*:#:{"
5) change the $chan's to #'s
6) try 500 instead, it's a nice number
7) spread out the load event to multiple lines
8) too complex a solution to put in a step, try query text events and auser

Lern to spaek englsh fgt. Seriously, grow up. mIRC scripting is not coding. If you think you're all that with msl, try C/C++, and don't bitch when you cannot figure out how to make the program run. You do not know the origins of Hawkee, so stfu. You know why 90% of Hawkee is mIRC? Well, it's because 90% of Hawkee users are failures like you. So just go 'code' your little roleplay games like a l33t haxx0r and fap elsewhere, not here.

Very true. His comments are pointless, as are most of this website. Only a few know what they're doing, yet they have moved on to better languages.

Of course. I wonder how his little mIRC client is coming along. You know, by now you would think it would be on the front-page of mIRC.com.

Brackets also expedite the processing of the code, so I suggest you learn how to program properly.

The server window echo was my preference, if you really can't live without active echos (they'll get annoying, I can almost guarantee), change -st to -at

Do you know mIRCscript lunarpolitiks? If not, learn it. If so, the first "on text" and the alias should make it insanely clear

3rd comment, "Help Channel should ideally be abandoned aside from users coming in for help."

Why would people asking for help be voiced there?
