why deadcat... for the runcamsplit that can record less of the props now
why 7mm arms... for the undecently oversized motors (ok I may be compensating for something)
why these motors... I've been building so many ultralights lately so I wanted something different

notes on components

  1. 2000mw vtx is well below my expectations. gets hot, is heavy and no extra range. I might bottom mount the battery for a test before I call this vtx 'crap'. (edit... tested and vtx is confirmed crap)
  2. FC is not really by T-motor, it's the fpv crate version
  3. motors get a little warm but nothing I worry about
  4. ESC is extremely slim, it's amazing
  5. runcam split gives a lot of jello in footage. I might soft mount.
  6. the RDQ version of the frames comes with much better screws then the TBS version that came in Drone Drop box
