Gravityless Kwad: ultralight 5"

Hi there, here is my first racer quad..... all my others quads are freestyle and quite heavy. powerful...but heavy. tis one is just mind blowing!! Only 167 g for this 5 inches racer!
How did I do that? well.....the secret is the frame: Amaxinno nano = 32 g !!!

I loved my ultralight R4 1806 build. I never got mine quite as light as yours (182g) but I wasn't using 20x20 electronics. I loved it until the bearings on the motors fell apart and it became a nightmare to fly fast because there was so much noise.

It seems that 1806 motors are quite fragile.... did you swap the bearings? with new one...still noisy?? Mine is very noisy too. I should swap bearings! thx for the idea!!! ;-)

Yea I swapped the bearings out, but they still went to crap after a few packs, they're just too small to hold up to anything. I was going to switch over to some 2204's but went a different direction before I got around to it
