Wanted to try a Plus configuration out. I decided to get the Tomoquads Trident frame, because of the way the camera is mounted higher up, then on other plus frames.
This keeps the front propeller out of view of the camera.
So when it came in, I gave it a dash of purple. Initially I went for white 3D printed accessoires, but changed my mind and ordered green ones. I also spray-painted the Foxeer Arrow green.
It takes 2.5" props and flies awesome. The way it handles in the cornes and the fast yaw distinguishes it from a regular quad.
After flying a plus, you won't give it a minus.

I use spray paint on the bottom of the plates. Tape the other side of the plates and cut the tape along the edges.
Just make sure you spray in the holes, so the edges off the openings get covered.
Then when you remove the tape it looks like this and the bottom side is purple.

Thanks for the tip! btw- checkout the lime green caddx sdr1. Its 1200 tvl and has a great picture, and features, plus it matches your color scheme. Personally its one of my favorites. It's also lighter than most micro cams by about a gram which is a nice bonus

AirbladeUAV has done it again and this time they've brought long range to the 5" class! Based on the popular Transformer Mini, the new Transformer 5" Ultralight adopts a lot of the same design philosophies with larger props and more payload capacity. It can fly upwards of 20 minutes on a 4 cell Li-Ion battery pack and in ideal conditions it's got a range of over 4 to 5 miles. In this guide I'll walk..

With the release of the DJI FPV Drone cinematic FPV has become a lot more accessible, but you certainly don't want to crash a $750 drone! The QAV-CINE Freybott is a compact, lightweight cinematic FPV drone that can take a hit and keep going. It's a lot safer to fly indoors and around people. With a naked GoPro or the SMO 4k you can capture some great stabilized footage. In this guide I'll show you..
