A little code that allows you to send a message to just the channels that you and another nick share. Sort of like a common channel /amsg command.
Usage: /cmsg
or /cmsg <nick1> <nick2>
Starts automatically when you start mIRC, and tracks all nick changes on a channel by channel basis. Somewhat multi-connection ready, presuming you're not tracking the same channel name on multiple connections.
