ircop script in dialog. used for all types ov oper ie. localop to root.not fully finised yet but soon ill be, with every ircop comand and mode there is. i made this as ive never seen a script with every..

This snippet if for ircop's on a server (unreal)(anope) but should work on most. well what it does, its in a simple dialog with almost all ircop command that can be used in the nicklist such as kills,..
