ok what this does is kills all new incoming connections to a server. you can add the ip's of ur staff so they can connect. so add them like they are in the snotice's when they connect. you can also give..

A simple snotice reporter for opers. Echos the snotices in @Snotice and halts the original snotice. Feel free to flame me, give comments, etc ;)

If someone comes onto your server and attempts to /oper up and fails with the password (4 minutes allowed time), this script warns them the first time, kills the second, and glines the third time.
