Pretty much an account for your channel, just do /channel and the script will work. You can change the modes it hands out to registered users from +h to any, even no op at all. If you want to make it shorter,..

When you first put this script into remotes you will have to reconnect for some commands to take effect. The menu commands are self-explanitory and a little access from menu nicklist.
