Ok this is a shourt an easy to edit script that will kick users dependsng on what they say.
You may change the +1 to what ever you like dependsing on what your default basic user level is.

This thing joins the channels you have ops in, up to about 20 channels, because mirc gets cranky when you try to have more than 20 channels open at once.
