its been done before, i know but this is my first real attempt at using picwins. besides who doesn't love paint? :) it has all of the /draw commands:Dot Line Rectangle Fill Text and replace it also..

can be used in channel only by bot master only !startparty !stopparty can be used in channel or the party line !joinparty !partparty can be used by party host in party line only !kick (nick) !ban..

very simple script text line floods protection.... text,notice,action floods protection... it's will kick user when typed 4 lines text in 3second.... Updated.....
