Well, it's a groups manager. Type /groupm to start it. Load in remotes.
P.S. Don't get confused with Scakk's version: http://www.hawkee.com/snippet/5115/ His is a remote groups manager.
Use :
Create a .txt file in your mirc dir with the name hi
Write the nick that you want to greet and the message.
ex:

DON`T FOR GET TO CHANGE #CHANNEL TO YOUR CHANNEL!!!
Every time you part/join an auto msg will be sent to the channel.
You can Change the msg to what ever you like.
