Got bored yet again, decided to update my p2p blocker with a dialog. =D

A simple spam blocker. Uses Regex and Hash Table. Warns the $nick if he has spammed. Kicks the $nick if he has already being warned and is still spamming. Bans the $nick if he has already being kicked

Ok this is quite simple to make but i was making it for my own use and then thought i might aswell put it on here,
i made it quite quick but it works for me fine, feel free to change or modify it in anyway
