Aliases or not, it's your choice and up to you. It's absurd to rub salt into the wound.

this has just as much right to be in the Aliases section than in Remotes, perhaps even more so. if an alias stands alone, and is not part of a larger script, then the most suitable place for it is in the Aliases section. why else would such a section exist? ;P

Why would it be complicated? All you have to do is prefix the word "alias" to the trigger like so:And you can place it in the remote to work as expected.

You could place it in remotes if you do "alias blah { return bleh }"
