in some of the events your declaring unneeded variables, like

Code:

set %kickermask $address(%kicker,3)

in the kick event
you can also combine them into one line using the -g switch in /var
e.g.

Code:

on 1:kick:#: if ($knick == $me) && ($nick != $me) { set %kicker $nick
set %kickchan $chan
set %kickermask $address(%kicker,3)
cs deop %kickchan %kicker
}

can be

Code:

on 1:kick:#: if ($knick == $me) && ($nick != $me) {
var -g %kicker = $nick,%kickchan = $chan
cs deop %kickchan %kicker
}

Lol Jew, is a thing we use on the server i go on every one calls, every one a Jew, and @ Ghost-Writer You're comment made me lol :D
