this simple snippet make someone who not @ in channel to telling the 'virus' automatically, so they can warning all the users channel and ops to kick the 'virus' from it.

this snippet only warnings the users or ops in channel if there is a spammer in the channel..
this script still works even you're not an op in a channel
:D
