I vote like CHunkieMonkey Naruto and Bleach but some of the others I like too but they are the top two.

@BT, its Text DDC chat based there many very good RPG style games like this if u know eggdrops they are controled this way.Alot of ppl frown on DCC but like me i like the idea of DCC chat cause its seperate from the network and server your on so its more secure.`-.-´

He does have a very valid point about the dcc tho EL. In a lot of situations people cant get dcc to work. Hell even getting the dcc connection to your own eggy can be a headache. It is more secure absolutely but I dunno if its the best for a game. Especially with more and more new irc users connectiong through java clients.
And to the OP, I kinda agree with BlueThen. It seems like theres always another narutobot or anime based something or other and it would suck to have yours get lost in the mix. But on the other hand it is nice to be able to use a anime\'s popularity to generate interest in your game.
If you do want to stick with something that exists already what about taking two of the animes and making the rpg like a battle between them. Like characters from naruto vs characters from bleach or something like that.
If I had to vote it would prolly be FF or Bleach.

Yea theres a bleach an i heard of a FF one but personally i go with FF jsut cause im sick of anime RPG\'s an Pokemon ccant be done any better then Idling_Crisis\'s #Pokeword in my opinion that is.And yeah depends i ve never had an issue with DCC but i prefer p2p games i have one works fine for me that is if your bot can handle the load most bots flood out very fast guess depends on yur network.`-.-´
