Introduction
go to tools and go to Script Editor and
go to popups and remove the old one
and paste the Snippet Code in to the NICK LIST

Hey Alex, I sugest You replace this:
.Ban, Kick (why):/ban $$1 2 | /timer 1 3 /kick # $$1 $$?="Reason:"
with:
.Ban, Kick (why):/ban -ku180 # $$1 2 $$?="Reason:"

Could of added more.
Also, I noticed this.
!owner is a Botserv command for a bot.
Not everyone has a BotServ bot in that channel, If someone is owner in a channel, /ns update works a treat.
