Introduction

a script for ircoperators or their bots,I made this script for my bot so as when users connect to my network it will notice them saying BOPM is scanning them..it will only work for opers/and up..Change the content as you wish,Where it says "Change this text to your own | notice $10 (::Change This Text To Your Own : Do not remove "notice $10"/::)"
