Introduction

simple you can block irc clients (on cs servers) using the http tunnel by setting your port to 0. you can block irc ports, like 6667, 7000 etc. =) simple as that.
just change the kill msg to what you'd like.
I know that the %p is quite unecassary when i could of just done

But i like to use variables just to make sure that everything rolls smoothly.
