Introduction

Well, this is the first snippet I've posted on here, but I'm pretty sure that it works. It used !commands that enable different ranks of users to use different commands. Paste it in remotes and type /auser Owner/oper/Admin (user you want to be able to use these)

WARNING: Admin level users can shut down the entire server.
