Introduction

This is a drink and shot script. It has a menu function for both. It will also only deliver a drink or shot to a person that is in the room. There are a few with special responses on certain drinks/shots.

One difficulty with sending a notice to $nick is that the person is likely to receive the message across the whole range of channels they are in- perhaps they can just receive a message?

There is perhaps a way of shortening the drinks lists and requests to have it against some variable.

I'm also wondering if something like this might be helpful for setting the if/else conditions:

iif ($2 ison $chan) || ($2 == $null) {describe $chan gives $2 a ...}
elseif ($2 == $me) { msg $chan I'll get my own }
else { msg $chan $2 will have to wait until they're back to drink }

You also have no $me response for bourbon, scotch or vodka... $me hates those drinks I guess?

I have tested the $notice part and it only happens in the channel the bot is in.

As stated this is the old version of the scripts. The newer version uses istok for the drinks & shots.

When I did the special responses I coule not think of any other decent ones for the ones that do not have any.
