Take out the / in front of the commands, it makes it look better.

These are basicly aliases that come with mIRC anyways.
You added the /smode and the /vmsg and stuff,

This is really good!! It could use a clean up, and most of the top stuff already comes with it, but nvm all that. I still think it\'s good.

lol...
/vmsg sends a message(notice) that all the +v and higher (only) in a channel can read.

eg. /vmsg Hello

It sends the message(notice) to those of the active channel only.
