Introduction
SWEARWORD : The word you want to ban users for using
-ku30 : This part determines how long the culprit is banned for. Edit the numbers to change how many seconds they are banned for.

One thing I forgot to add which is probably real obvious is that you need to be a channel op.

You should add a @ by the *:TEXT: command:
on @*:TEXT:*SWEARWORD*:#: { msg $chan No naughty words, $nick $+ ! 30 Second ban.
ban -ku30 $chan $nick }
:)
