Asus Eee Pc Super Mobile Internet Device, Color: Galaxy Black. 7 Wide Lcd. 800 X 480 Wvga. 512mb Ddr2 Memory On Board. 4gb Solid State Disk Storage. Preloaded With Linux- Intel UMA Mobile Chipset (Win
Pros: Small Portable Size Light Weight Design 3.8-2.8 Hour Battery Life (depending on model) 802.11 B/G Connection 10x Less then the MacBook Air
Cons: Screen Resolution Small Touch Pad Combined Left & Right Click Button No access to the Konsole
To put it gracefully I love this darn notebook more so then I do my more powerful Toshiba 15.4" notebook. Asus hit the nail on the head with this small notebook it’s a tiny portable powerhouse for that mobile adventurer. Now I know what you are all wondering and that is what is under the hood of this pint sized little device. At its core is a Celeron M 800Mhz Processor and I know that sounds kind of dinky compared to the Intel Centrino Core 2 Duo processors in larger notebooks but the Xandros Linux OS on this system takes full advantage of this processor and boots in record time with almost no lag when opening programs. The great thing about this PC is the SSD which makes the biggest fear of dropping the PC and loosing data down to almost 0. Now I will say that the 2GB and the 4GB models don't have you enough drive space to really do any actual storage on them so I would recommend the purchase of either a large SD/MMC card or a large USB drive for storage. Now lets talk memory...all the

Pavilion Media Center TV m8020n Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 2.13GHz Desktop
Pros: 640GB Hard drive (2 Hard drive in RAID) 2GB of DRR2 (Expandable up to 4GB) Intel Core 2 Duo E6420 2.1GHz Processor
Cons: The RAID array was set up by HP No Expansion bays for PCI or PCI-E
Hp has always made nice media center pcs that have a lot of features but can some times lax in quality. As for the HP M8020N it has all the features you want out of a media center pc with out the hassle of having to build it yourself. Its only down fall which I've seen in may of the M series is when they use a RAID set up HP tends to Muck it up so I'd probably end up buying the M8000N which is $100 cheaper just as powerful with an AMD 64 X2 but lacks the integrated wireless features to which I could add on myself if I truly wanted. If you still wanted the Intel Processor I would probably go with HP's lower priced A series and add the accessories that I wanted and if i wanted to get a Media Center still i would buy the M8000N. 3/5

Gateway Desktop Gaming PC (FX8030)
Pros: * Intel Quad Core 2.4GHz Technology * 2GB of 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM (PC2-5300) * 1TB of Hard Drive space * ATI Radeon X1950 CrossFire (512MB) * 700 Watt Power supply
Cons: * A $2,299.99 Price tag
Well what is there to say about the Gateway FX8030 its the new power house for next consumer generation. It has all the features that anyone could ever want in a desktop PC plus a few more for those PC gamers that are to lazy to build one. If you are one of those PC gamers the processor does allow for Over clocking and is reported to stay stable at 3.0GHz.

Overall the FX8030 is an extreme system that won't let you down when you need that extra boost of power. If anything I would boost the system memory to its max if you are going to be playing games on this system which does come with Vista Home Premium, 4GB, just to get the most out of the PC.

Logitech Xbox 360 Harmony Remote
Pros: 15 device compatibility Gets rid of pretty much any remote you have
Cons: Its white and gets dirty easy
This is a remote like no other...well except for the Harmony 550. But this version does also gives you the ability to control your Xbox 360 which I'm pretty sure any Harmony remote can do. Over all the set up of additional devices is a snap and the remote is smooth with the controls. I have noticed on my Polaroid TV the remote does lag a bit threw the menus, but thats cause this is a POS TV I use for a PC monitor to. All and all the remote is awesome and is not going for $99.99 (were as i paid $129 when it first came out) 5/5

God of War 2 PS2
Pros: Pretty much everything in the game is solid
Cons: Wish it was a bit longer
Basically just like the first God of War this game does not disappoint with tons of blood and gore to be spread about with the help of Kratos's blades. There are enemies of plenty in the game and even the 'sex' mini game has made a triumphant return. The action it the game doesn't let and the puzzles are fun and challenging and give you a great sense of satisfaction when you complete one. Graphically yes the game isn't all HD'ed out in full 1080p on the PS3 but it does allow for wide screen play and will play in 720p for all you HD junkies. If there was ever a reason to put down that Wii Mote or your Wireless 360 controler this is the game to dust off your PS2 for. 5/5

GATEWAY GT5028 Desktop Computer
Pros: Powerful Processor, Lots of memory, Big hard drive, great look.
Cons: Not a media center PC
This lil Gateway pc is probally one of the best one's I've ever seen them put out. Right off the bat its giving you lots of HD space and a gig of memory(expanable up to 4GB). Its a really nice starting system and cuppled with a nice graphics card you can turn this bad boy in to a nice lil gaming rig. At my store we have this PC set up with ATI Radeon X1300 Pro graphics card running Dual Samsung LNR382W 32" LCD HDTVs and a Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! 24-bit SB0410 sound card with a Logitech Z-5300e 5.1 Speaker System. Let me tell you when i booted BF2 on that thing it rocked. If you not going for to huge TV look for your PC room Gateway's FPD2185W 21" HD Monitor is perfect for the savy computer gamer. All in all this is a great pc and with a few additions it could be an amazing PC.

Panasonic SC-HT17 Home Theater Audio System with Surround Sound Receiver, 4 Tower Speakers, Surround Speakers, Compact Center Channel Speaker, and Dual Unit Active Subwoofer with Diamond Design
Pros: Good sound, Easy set up
Cons: The receiver lacks the amount of inputs a "real" home theater receiver would
The SC-HT17 is a very nice system that looks really stylish. It has a very simple set up and enough inputs to hook up a DVD player and a VCR or CD player without using a Coax connection. This system puts out 1000 watts at peek power w/ a 150 watt powered sub. This is system really is for beginners though as is the SC-HT15 which is the 800 watt version they don't provide the compelling home theater experience that a veteran would be looking for. But over all it’s a great system to have and it sounds awesome and if you’re looking for a good DVD player to complement it try the Panasonic DMR-ES20S and don't forget the component cables

SanDisk Sansa m230 512 MB MP3 Player (Blue)
Pros: Small Size No rechargable battery
Cons: No rechargable battery Lack of accessories
All the San disk players are spot on for what they do. They are music players and nothing more and they come from a name in memory you can trust. I purchased about 5 of these during Christmas and gave them as gifts. Everyone loved them for there small size and portability. The only short comings with many of the san disk units is that they are very small so for some people with larger hands its difficult to operate and there is a lack of accessories for it not that you need that many. All in all this San disk unit and its counter parts are great. 4 out of 5

Linksys WRT54GS Wireless Broadband Router-WIRELESS 802.11G BROADBAND WRLSROUTER 4PORT W/ SPEEDBOOS
Pros: Good signal strength Speed Booster is a nice feature
Cons: Speed Booster feature is alittle deceiving
I've always loved Linksys routers cause i've never had a problem with them except when i didn't update the fermware. This router is basically the updated version of the Linksys WRT54G which in its time has had 5 versions. At any rate this router is really great the only thing about it that i found kinda lacking was the Speed booster feature. I know when most people ask me if they should get this router over the WRT54G cause of the speed booster i have to ask them are you going to be networking your PC's together. The Speed Booster only speeds up the accessing time on the network for shared PCs. In other words it has nothing to do with speeding up your internet connection. Now in most houses this router will give you great reception but if you do have trouble with signal strength just slap on the Linksys HGA7T high gain antennas and you won't have a problem any more. Over all this is a great product and Linksys has always been a name to trust 4 outa 5

Onkyo Home Theater System (HT-S780)
Pros: 1000 watts of power, Excelent Performance, Easy Set up
Cons: The wires the come with the system aren't the greatest
Well I work for Circuit City and we have this Unit on display with the 37" Panasonic Plasma (TH37PX50U). Of coarse we have it running with Monster Cables but needless to say this thing is a power house strait out the of the box. And let me tell you its a big box. That being said, Onyko has put together an amazing system here. It pack in an emercive audio experiance for any movie or music enthuiset. Though there is nothing in 7.1 audio that this present time this system blows many of the other 5.1 HTIBs (Home Theater In a Box) out of the water. You can't really say anything bad about this system. I have 2 of them in my house so that being said its well worth the money if you don't feel like spending thousands on building a system.
