Belkin Wireless N+ 802.11n Router (Black)

Looks good, works great. I can plug my external hard drive into the usb port and always have my data available to any computer on my network and backups are a cinch. I highly recommend this product. If it had a printer port for non-wireless printers it would be perfect!

Set up worked fine.. started dropping out almost immediately and only became more frequent. It has become necessary to unplug and restart almost daily...Don't bother...

Netgear RangeMax WNR3500 Premium Wireless-N Gigabit Router-RANGEMAX PREMIUM WIRELESS-N WRLSGIGABIT ROUTER

For a Gigabit "N" router I expected to at least be able to pull 500+ MPBS, and would like it to get a solid 1,000, like it is very capable of doing. The problem is that they maxed its speed (Wired or not) at 300 MPBS. I don't really have any use for anything over 150 anymore, but I'm sure when I upgrade my Home Theater system and build my new desktop I might want to go with something that gets at least 600. I could pay $50.00 and buy the D-Link version of this and that has some outrageous speed that I think I would enjoy. Not that you, or anyone else for that matter would be able to tell the difference unless they tried. Other than that, it is an excellent piece of Wire-less technology that is ever so simple to set up and run. I've always trusted Net Gear because of its ease, and security, and in those two aspects this product cannot be beat.

Sennheiser Electronic RS 120 Supra-aural Wireless Stereo-RF Headphone System
+ 0 likes
I got this so I could watch television at night and not disturb my wife while she slept. I checked out other reviews, but as a muscian, know the quality behind Sennheiser. They worked perfectly for me. No distortion, Easy to tune in, great sound, but I'm only about 12 feet from the sending unit. My only complaint is the ear pads - they feel like a piece of flat foam on either side of my head, and slide off rather easily. Other than that, I love it.

Linksys WRT310N Wireless-N Gigabit Router

i bought this router the other day to upgrade from a 4 or 5 year old linksys wireless g that i was really happy with. i thought that by sticking with linksys and upgrading to wireless n would have been a great choice on my part. not so fast my friend! i run a desktop through ethernet, my ps3 through either wireless or ethernet, 2 wireless laptops and a printer hooked up through ethernet. the laptops are rarely on, and same with my printer. i only use my ps3 at night time when im not busy and no one else is on the internet. i cant even play a descent game of modern warfare 2 anymore cuz the signal is so inconsistant through both wireless and ethernet! ive had it for approx. 2 days now and i hate this thing. so whatever you do, do not get it. such inconsistant signal.... im very disapointed :|

Linksys WUSB600N Dual-Band Wireless-N USB Network Adapter
+ 0 likes
Everytime my computer went into sleep mode and I woke it up, the adapter would no longer work. I would have to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in. After that it would work until the next time it went into sleep mode. Talked to customer 'service' (I could barely understand and they were clueless) for over 2 hours and they couldn't figure it out even though I saw the same issue in the forums on their website. The straw that broke the back was when they couldn't figure it out they wanted to connect me to someone that I would have to pay to help try and figure out why their product was not working! I will never by a Linksys product again.

Aluratek AIRMM01 Internet Radio Alarm Clock with built-in WiFi (Black)

Overall I am very pleased with the radio. Sound quality is very good for its size. However, setup was extremely frustrating using a 2Wire HomePortal 1000HW wireless modem (about 5 years old). I finally conceded to several online recommendations to use a newer model wireless modem. I bought an Actiontec GT724-WG. Radio setup with the new wireless modem was a breeze.

NETGEAR WNR2000 Wireless-N Router

I have a linksys router at home that literally took me several hours to set up. I was expecting the same based on the assumption that all routers are as complicated as the Linksys routers. Well I was quite surprised. The router was set up in under 15 minutes and all the computers in my wireless business network and the printers were all locked in and connected to the router. No problems at all and no need to contact tech support. The router works like a charm. Signal has always been strong and signal has not dropped at all. I was looking at a wireless N Belkin router at my local best buy store when the sales associate told me that i would be better off going with the Netgear router. Well he was right! Plus the price was right as well.

Belkin Wireless N+ 802.11n USB Adapter (Black)

Great wireless connection for Desktop computers. Reliable signal. Very rarely I loose signal. I have my wireless modem on the first floor and my desktop computer on the second floor and I have a great reception even though there are in-between brick walls. I was a little concerned about the price, but I think it is worth. I'm not an expert installing gadgets, but the driver that came in the CD did not worked for Windows 7. So, I downloaded the driver from the Belkin's website and carefully followed the instructions and it worked. At the end, I didn't know if I did miss a step while installing the driver from the CD or the driver on the website was a newer version.

Linksys WRT160N Ultra RangePlus Wireless-N Broadband Router

Bought this and had issues from the start. Included software didnt run well on a vista pc, would recognize internet connection, then not a pc, then intermitantly both. Then try to add second pc and would disconnect both pcs, then both would connect and no internet. Was frustrating after an hour of trying to set up multiple connections. Works great with one connection, with any additional hardwired.

The set-up CD is well designed and super easy to use, with complete step-by-step instructions.

Went right onto my Windows 7 laptop, quickly configured and I was online wireless, in about 10 minutes from start to finish.

I didn't install the included "Easy Link Advisor" networking assistant software - just don't need it...

I've owned this unit for a day now and so far, the connection is fast and have yet to be dropped or experience any other problems. So far, so good!

Netgear Rangemax WNDR3700 Dual Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router (Black)

I originally purchased the Netgear WNDR3300 to replace an older Netgear router that failed after many years of service. The WNDR3300 was a total disaster; just read the reviews. However, I replaced it with the newer WNDR3700 and this router is fantastic. Installation was SIMPLE. I was up and running in about 5 minutes including setting up the WPA2 security. It basically installs everything itself with the installation disc. If you follow the simple on screen directions you should have no problems. I connected two laptops, my HP 7280 wireless printer, and iPhone with no problem. The only issue you could have is it WILL NOT install using a computer running Windows Vista 64 bit or Windows 7 64 bit. Windows Vista with 32 bit was not a problem. Once installed and set up you can use these OPS systems, but you cannot use them, as of this writing, to install the router. Once set up the system is fast, reliable, secure, with good range through out my home. The 2.4GHZ is better than the 5GHZ side

HP Officejet 6500 Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer

Fast, reliable and easy to understand without reading the whole manual- which was not available. Easy to read LCD screen for us printer dummies. Extremely easy to replace ink and to set up the speed dial functions. Like the large capacity paper well. Reduced my desk space with only one machine to do several functions well. Now I can actually read the faxes as they are printed.

The overall construction gives the feeling of durability,,set up was quite simple and the performance almost exceeded my expectations..sound does cut out a bit at the furthest location of my house. I used this product for a good 12 hours without the battery demanding a re-charge..

Samsung WIS09ABGN LinkStick Wireless LAN Adapter

The device was acknowedged by the TV; however, would not connect to network. Manual configuration was required. Would only connect to 5Ghz not 2.4Ghz networks. Bandwidth is okay for internet weather and stocks; however, cannot connect to server for firmware updates.

Insignia Wireless Blu-ray Disc Player with 1080p Output

I needed an additional Bluray player and was very interested in streaming Netflix to my television as well. This device seemed to meet the criteria. Right from the start I didn't really have high expectations for the streaming feature considering some of the streams that I had seen on my computer. I was pleasantly surprised at the great video performance of this unit. The streaming work better than I could have imagined. I don't have the greatest broadband connection, however it seems to have no problem streaming high definition content to me TV. The fact that this particular model has the built in Wi-Fi makes it a breeze to set up without the fuss of network cables. The Bluray player works as it should. As this is the third Bluray player in my home I find that they all produce vivd and razor sharp pictures. Have been very pleased with my purchase and have no reservations about recommending this product. I have already streamed the first three seasons of "LOST" , all of which have been

Virgin Mobile Broadband2Go Wireless USB Card
+ 0 likes
Thanks to Gmrple's review and others on the Ubuntu forums I was pretty sure this would work under Linux, even though there's no mention of that in the Virgin materials. So I went ahead and upgraded my Dell Mini 10v to Ubuntu 9.10 because its mobile broadband support is supposed to be so good. As Grmple said, it was. Just right-click on the Network Manager applet, click on Edit Connections, Mobile Broadband tab, Add button, pick the country, select Virgin Mobile from the list, accept the rest of the defaults and you're done. Getting it to connect is a little unintuitive. After booting or plugging it in, you get a "Broadband2Go" icon on the desktop and you have to right-click on it and select "Eject". There may be other ways, but I just happened to stumble on that one.

That being said, like others, I had trouble activating the thing. I tried it first on my XP desktop. The install program got about halfway through and bombed with a 1720 error (couldn't run a required script). After

HP Photosmart Wireless Multifunction Printer/ Copier/ Scanner
+ 0 likes
On the ink usage, get the 60XLs they cost more but last longer. I'm still collecting data for a cost analysis.

After having my printer for less then two weeks it died. The device was displayed "Out of Paper". After spending 3 long and painful hours on the Phone with HP, they deciided it was a hardward issue. So they shipped me a new printer, which took 3 weeks to get to me. So on HP Support I have some concerns.

I like the printer, but the HP Support needs some work.

HP Photosmart Plus All-in-One Printer (CD035A#ABA)

I've been through 6 to 7 printers over the years, this is clearly the best. Printer set-up very easy (follow directions). One issue with sales person who said I needed USB cable to hook up to wireless. Not so. It easily found my router and all I had to do was enter password. Biggest time consumer was installing software on three computers. Worked great with Vista one computer ran XP and seemed to stall until I turned off firewall. Directions clearly state best to leave firewall on and disable anti-virus. Still overall hassle free. It is not in my opinon noisy. We use it in same room we watch TV and it is quiet. Most important my wife is happy.

PS3 Modern Warfare 2 Wireless Combat Controller - Camo
+ 0 likes
This controller is everything that you would ever need for a gaming controller. People that complain about this being smaller than an XBOX 360 shouldn't complain because this one is designed for the PS3. Glad that this controller has the non-slip grips on i, because when you are playing those long sessions all you need are sweaty palms and drop your controller on accident. This controller takes a little time to get use to, but after 15-30 minutes playing with it it becomes second nature on use. This controller is highly recommended by myself and several other gamers that purchased it.
