I had listened other bad commentaries of the previous version, but this 2.5 fill my expectations. I did not have problems to install it in my portable Dell 6400 with XP SP2

i ordered this game and ended up being very angry after i found out that i accidentally ordered the plus version which did not have a story line which is the biggest part of the Metal Gear series. I sent the game back because i was not happy

This is only the second "Ratchet and Clank" game that I have played, so I don't know how it compares with others (besides "Size Matters) or how it fits into the entire series.
This is sort of an action/adventure game, sort of a puzzle game. There are "Clank-only" missions that mostly involve stealth game play, some Ratchet missions that are challenges (survive so many waves of enemies) and some missions with the super-hero guy who I'm not familiar with. There is also some Patapon-style gameplay, where you have to press the buttons and match the beat.
The stealth play is pretty good. However, once you are detected, you have to start the mission over (either from the beginning or from the last checkpoint). Most of the Clank missions are stealth missions, and you don't have the option to "run and gun".
The weapons are very unique and kind of silly. Like many games, you start out with nothing and start acquiring weapons and skills. Like "Size matters", you collect bolts and trade

Secret Agent Clank is yet another installment in the Rachet and Clank series and is one of the best. This game will have you playing as Clank for the majority of the time but once in a while you will be playing as Rachet or Qwark. The Qwark missions are humorous and fun but the Rachet missions are just plain bad .You are just in a big arena, fighting wave after wave of enemies. It gets very repetitive and boring after two or three times. The real problem with this game is there are WAY too many Rachet missions and not enough Qwark missions. Luckily, most of the Rachet missions are optional but you are probably going to want to do them to get the rewards. The main story has you playing as Clank which at first is so weak that you have to go unseen but as you progress through the game and get more weapons you will be able to just run out and fight if you want. Don't get me wrong, this is a... well, a spy game. Most of the time you will have to go "undercover" to get past guards. That's not

MLB 08 for the PSP is a very fun and exciting game. One thing that is great about this game is that when you play homerun derby it is alot easier to hit homeruns then it is in the other baseball games. For example in MLB 06 the game you have to time it perfectly hit a homerun and it can get really annoying. But in this game, all you have to do is wait till the ball comes to you and then hit it and usually it will be a homerun. Also the gameplay in this game is great because the contorls are easy and it makes the game very fun. The graphics on the other are the greatest I have ever seen because the people stil look like dots and the character models coul be better. But overall I think this game is great and fans that like baseball games should defenately get this game so I am giving it a 4/5

After playing through the PSP demo many times over the past several months, I could not wait to get my hands on the full version of Space Invaders Extreme... I am not disappointed.
It's still the same old formula, you move your 'cannon' along the bottom of the screen and shoot moving 'invaders' as they inch closer and closer towards earth. This time though, there are a lot of variations in the mix. The invaders themselves come in several different sizes, extra small, small, regular, large and extra large. They are set up in various formations and have different flight patterns and attacks as well. Some invaders have shields, some have reflective shields that bounce your shots back at you, some even turn sideways and being two dimensional, they nearly disappear! There are also new type of UFOs, each with different colors and attacks.
Scoring is based on several factors. You can set up scoring combos with a 3 second timer. As long as you keep killing, the combo chain remains. You

I usually don't author reviews, but this game was so disappointing, I felt compelled to do so. I was looking for a PSP game that was similar to an old gameboy advance title called ultimate card games. This PSP title does not even come close. Too much emphasis on dull graphics of characters in various scenes, while the card play seems almost secondary. Even when playing solitaire, the card game is played in a very small area of the screen (probably about 1/5th of the screen real estate), while all the rest is dedicated to the silly graphics. You literally play solitaire while being distracted watching your poorly animated figure being bored sitting at a table. Even though you can alter the view, it doesn't help. I downloaded several freeware flash based solitaire games that have much better playability than these games. Now let's talk about online play. I guess they felt "if we build it, they will come". Well, noone came. There is noone online to play, at least not at the time of this writing.

Despite their small size(4.5h*2.5w) and low power(0.4watt) the Samsung Pleomax PSP-7000XB USB Crystal 2.0-Channel Speakers sound output is quite loud and good quality. These speakers plenty powerful enough for tv, games, and music for most people, though as a previous reviewer stated I doubt they'd be loud enough if you would like to be able to hear music throughout your whole house.
I setup our old computer as an secondary tv but I needed better speakers so I tried these. When I first took them out of the box I didn't think they would be powerfully enough because they were so small but they produced surprisingly loud and good quality sound. These speakers are also very portable because they use very little power and they receive both there sound and power from one USB port making them great laptop speakers.Though they clam to produce virtual 7.1 I didn't notice much difference when this was turned on or off but you might have to be in a very small room for this to work.

This is a difficult review for me to write, not because the game is complicated, but because I have never seen a sequel to a game that is so close to the original in just about every detail. I played the original on PSP for hundreds of hours and could not put it down, in fact I've been playing HSG since PS One.
For those that haven't played it, it's a simple to learn, fun to master golf game that doesn't take the game too seriously, yet can be very challenging at times. There are 12 courses in this one, up from 6 in the first, and they grow increasingly more difficult as you progress through various "challenges" (tournaments), earning new clothes, gear and players along the way. The controls are very simple, as not a lot of adjustments can be made to pull off unusual shots, but there are enough options to satisfy experienced golfers.
The graphics are bright, clean and colorful, the music is peppy (almost to a fault) and overall the production is flawless. Appealing to kids as well as

Graphics: 5 out of 5. Apparently the entire production budget went into this. I've never seen such amazing visuals out of a handheld, especially in the full-CGI cutscenes (summons, etc). As anyone who's been holding a controller for more than a few years can tell you, though, epic graphics do NOT make an epic game.
Music: 3 out of 5. There's more than one remix of previous FF7 themes, and some of the new music is kinda catchy. Doesn't hold a candle to the original FF7 soundtrack, however - somehow Nobou Uematsu did more with the midi format in FF7 than with CD-quality mp3 in Crisis Core. Less is more, I guess!
Game Mechanics: 2.5 out of 5. The DMW system is definitely new, and somewhat fun if you can get past the fact that "summons" aren't really summons if you can't.. summon them. Magic is mostly useless (Quake, Firaga and Ultima are the only spells that are really worth casting, Ultima only in a few rare cases). Ultimately, you don't need anything other than your

This product was exactly what my son needed and wanted. This tidy, compact case holds everything you need for your PSP (except the cord for recharging). We ordered this and had it in hand within a week. Excellent service!

This is a good product that does what it is supposed to do. The price is reasonable. It is very reliable as a headset for playing games or to use with the Skype feature on your PSP2000(Slim) system. Highly recommended.

Great psp console, can do a lot of things with it, games,photo,music,videos,internet/wifi,skype,radio...
all which is great for traveling!
Great selections of games to choose from.
Console is also light, it weigh the same as my 30gb ipod.
It is a little pricey, considering to get functions like photo,music,videos..etc to work you will need a "Memory Stick Pro Duo"
Don't doubt this, if you feel it, just buy it.

Not sure what PSP component cables other reviewers got, but this product's image clearly shows a "10ft" component cable for a "SLIM PSP" that does not include a S-Video cable. This item is actually very durable, really long (10ft! Do you seriously need a longer cable?), stays locked within my PSP anytime I am playing a game or watching a UMD, AND displays an excellent picture on both standard tube and/or LCD HDTV's (not sure of Plasma quality). Don't waste $20+ for the component cable made by Sony. The NYKO component cable for the SLIM PSP performs just as well-It's just not painted silver.

I'm sure most gamers have added this as their second or third PSP, but for me it's my first. I thought I'd make some suggestions for new users.
1. Before you do anything else, buy a memory stick, a Pro Duo. You can't do anything useful without it.
2. Buy a USB cable (5 pin mini). It doesn't come with one, and you'll need it to download stuff from your PC to the PSP.
3. Buy a protective case and screen protector. I bought a Joytron case and InvisibleShield. The Joytron fits perfectly on the slim.
4. Be careful when connecting the PSP to older computers. It's very powerful, and I overloaded the USB port on my older work computer when I tried to connect it.
5. When transferring music or video to the PSP, here's how you do it:
a. Plug in the PSP, and go to "USB Connection" in the menu
b. Wait for your computer to recognize it
c. Go into My Computer and look for the drive where the PSP is
d. Open the PSP
e. Look for the Music folder (or Video)
f. When moving music over, first create a folder

Pros:
+A Very Powerful Handheld Device
+Plays music, movies, and allows you to look at photos
+Browsing online is fun
+A lot of accessories available
+A Good Library of games has been slowly emerging and is increasing... fast
+Easy interface and control
+Very detailed screen and large
Cons:
-Online browsing isn't that much fun
-Can't organize a music library and UMDs aren't all that fun to watch, even on road trips
-The battery life isn't long lasting
-The screen is easily damaged
When the original PSP launched back in 2005, it eventually became subjected to heavy criticism. Not necessarily the console itself, but mostly that much of what it did, people didn't see the use for in a handheld system, and the fact that its library of games wasn't incredible. Nevertheless, the PSP has still shown itself to be a powerhouse of a console.
First and foremost, this review is not here to talk about the Nintendo DS. If you would like a review or comparison to the Nintendo DS, I highly suggest

I owned the original Hotshots for PSP and thought it was fun. I bought this game yesterday and have played quite a few rounds already. If you liked the oringinal Hotshots on PSP you will like this game. It is more of the same with some extra options and tweaks. One of the best options is the ability to play with others via wi-fi. This lets you play with others from all over the country. Very cool option. Other than that the additional tweaks are just minor and the game keeps with the easy to play style of the Hotshots series. You can win new items for your golfer and get new balls and clubs, etc. Some of the items are goofy as you would expect from Hotshots, things like boxing gloves for you golfer and a little cadillac you sit in. For the price I think this is a worthwhile purchase. It is easier to play than Tiger Woods on PSP and thus is easier for non-gamers to play as well. If you are unsure about this title download the demo which has three holes. I downloaded the demo

Just picked up the skype compatible headphones for PSP for a long trip to Europe. The sound quality seems very good on initial tests from my house. Only problem I have is with the headphone design. Not a big fan of the wrap around the ear and placing one of the cables behind your head to place the other ear piece on. Nice that they seem snug to the ear but not a necessary design for something where you will not be moving around a lot when talking tied to a wifi connection.
If you would like to use skype on your psp then this is the way to go for the cost but just be aware that the overall design of the headphones is just ok.

Picked this bundle up today, comes with 2 games, God of War Chains of Olympus and Syphon Filter combat ops, which is a downloadable game, and UMD of Superbad. The red color on the PSP looks slick, and Kratos is silkscreened on the back on the battery cover. Once I took it out of the box, I immediately put a plastic screen protector on, charged the battery, and off I went. I downloaded Syphon filter with the included code, to my PS3, then used the USB to put it on my PSP. I set up the PSP for remote play through the PS3 so I could watch my videos and listen to music on my PSP. Setup was really easy it took no time at all. The screen is alot clearer than the older PSP I have and is somewhat thinner and lighter. Playing God of War on a handheld I thought would be horrid, to my surprise it was actually very well done, one of the best games I have ever played on PSP. Watching the Superbad UMD, I was trying to figure out why it was included in this great bundle, I liked the movie, I personally

I've never owned a handheld video game system before, the closest I've ever got is my son's ds lite. After a few of my students demo'ed their psp's in class, I started to get the itch. Then, when I saw my favorite game, God of War, was coming in a new bundle, I decided that for the only time in my life I would take GW Bush's advice, and spend my "rebate" on this system. I haven't had a lot of time to mess with it, although I did play the new GOW game last night, and it's very cool. Still getting used to the controls, but I have to hand it to sony, I think they have created a pretty universal and cool device that can do lots of things I want it to. My only complaint is no memory card, not even a little one. Yes, I know, I should have bought one when I bought the system, and I will be getting one soon, but it seems like they could have bundled a little 64 mb card or something so you could at least save an early game. Like one reviewer said, get rid of the superbad movie and include
