This mount (VMPL3B) was identified by Sanus as the one to fit a Sharp LC65D64U TV. (1)While the kit came with several different sizes of bolts to fit various models, it did not provide the metric size needed for this specific Sharp TV. The four bolts needed were available (M10 - 30mm) at Home Depot, $.80 each (plus washers needed). (2)The slots in the mounting brackets were not wide enough to allow the proper bolts to pass through. I was able to file the slots wider (not difficult)to allow the bolts to pass. After that mount was easy to install with all needed hardware provided and works great. Even with this blip the mount is well worth buying due to the more than $400.00 saving over the mount offered by Sharp.

I will recommend this model to anyone hanging a large screen LCD. I hung a Samsung LN52A650 and it was easy to hang the TV. This updated model has a larger space between the adjustable hanging brackets and makes routing the TV cords and cables an easy task. All different kinds of screws are included for mounting and the directions are well explained. Would recommend this mount to everyone.

All the professionals I spoke to recommended Peerless. To get this unit at the Amazon discounted rate was indeed a bonus. The only fault I found with the unit was that the instructions for drilling the holes placed my 58" plazma too high on the wall. It was a simple fix, thus the high rating.

I haven't installed it yet, but am impressed so far.. It is very well made and designed for heavy plasma screens. Complete ,well organized hardware package and clear instructions.

The LCD wall mount is very nice looking and easy to install.
It comes with a variety of screws to fit various brands of TV's.
It also comes with the tool needed to tighten the pivot points so the TV is secure
and steady in any position the arm is adjusted to.
I'm very happy with the product and value.

We have a travel trailer and just bought an lcd tv because the weight is so much less than the tube tv. When the trailer is in transit the tv rocks on it pedestal. There was no solution available from several rv distributors. I put my "thinking cap" on and searched the web for solutions and found this lightweight bracket that swivels and extends. We connected the plate to the back of the lcd screen and drilled a hole in the swivel base of the entertainment center and connected the other end. Works like a charm!!

If you are considering this mount, then you should buy it. It works exactly like you think. In, out, left, right, tilt forward, back... yep.
I weight 200 lbs, and I extended the mount to the full 28" extension and it held me just fine. I am using a 52" LCD that weighs 97 lbs, so it's great.
Installation is very easy. I don't know how people could spend more than maybe 30 minutes doing this. You just drill 6 pilot holes for the lag bolts into the studs, which need to be 16" on center, which any standard home is. Then, you mount the back plate to the wall. If you hit your studs right, you've done the hard part. Then you just screw in the cantilever arm and that part is done. Put the bracket on the back of your TV, and then you just hang it on the arm and tighten the bolts.
It's extremely simple and easy to do. This is a top-shelf product.

I am most pleased with this unit. Previous reviews indicated it was a first class wall mount so I decided to purchase it. Shipping was extremely fast. The unit has performed as stated and I am happy to give it a 5 star rating as did previous raters. I will also give first priority to Overstock.com on pending internet purchases.

This wall mount was priced right and was very easy to install. All of the parts included work just right and all of the hardware was sufficent to hang this mount on the wall. I did not have to go to the store for anything else as all of the screws and bolts were included even the washers. I will purchase another if I buy another TV to hang on the wall.

I am very, very pleased with the Sanus VMPL2B Low Profile Wall Mount. It is solidly built of heavy gauge metal and comes with all the screws, anchors, and instructions to mount a variety of TV's.

This is a very sturdy and well built wall mount for a large TV. It was easy to install using the supplied documentation and came with a lot of extra mounting hardware to fit a variety of televisions. Would highly recommend this product.

First of all they are very serious about the 95 lb limit. My TV is 92 lbs which is under the limit but I could tell that it was straining to move it and within two weeks it broke. Also be aware that it is basically only made to work with Samsung TV's. After two weeks I returned it and spent a few more bucks on an X-Arm by CLO Systems which holds up to 185 lbs, has more features, movement range and can hold up to a 65 inch TV. This mount might be slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for.

I had hoped to put a spare LCD to good use with this. The LCD is better off in the closet, and this is on it's way back to Amazon within hours of it being delivered. This is the quality of electronic device that I would expect to find at a flea market, not on amazon. The picture is horrible; Washed out colors and fuzzy edges. Don't bother.

The arm could be a little longer but it works fine. I attached it to a plaster wall w/extra large anchors and it seems to be holding up fine. The TV is only 12 lbs. it's a sharp tv with a dvd built into it.
It's been attached to the wall for 2 months now and all is good!!
The unit it self is fine. Solid construction. The only complaint is the swivel behind the tv. It tends to slope the screen downwards. That piece needs constant tightening.

I am completely happy with this wall mount. As long as you follow the directions to put up the wall mount you will be fine. It is a great product and I have no complaints.

I bought the mount for a Samsung Series 5, 46" LCD TV, model LN46A550. The manufacturer didn't specify if this model would work or not, I assume since it is one of Samsung's newer lines. However I noticed that it did work on lots of other Samsungs so I decided to give it a shot. It worked just fine. The mount is a nice heavy gauge metal construction and assembly was straight forward. I highly recommend a tilting mount vs a fixed one so you can tilt the TV up to attach cords. Otherwise you have no space to work with unless the TV comes totally off of the mounting bracket. I paid $75 on Amazon.com vs $250 for a similar mount at the big box electronic stores and I am completely satisfied.

I bought this wall mount for my new Sony 52" LCD TV from Amazon due to the description and the "For Dummies" material that comes with the system (Video and very easy to understand instructions) The template included was perfect, and I was able to mount the base on the wall without difficulty.
Unfortunately, that's when the "good" part ended.
The box includes a large assortment of hardware in order accomodate various types of walls and TV's. The instructions call for the use of one of the included spacers on the TV if it has recessed VESA attachment points. The Sony does. There are a few different sized spacers in the hardware kit, and the ones that fit the Sony would NOT allow the proper bolt to fit through the hole in the spacer. The spacers that WERE big enough for the bolt would not fit in the Sony recessed attachment point, and the instructions state unequivocally that if there is a recess, you MUST use a spacer.
I called Bell'O customer service and got into a long debate with

this wall mount is very well made.I was impresed with the quality of construction.The waight is a little more than I expected.And I didn't expect it to stick out so far{about 9 inches).I have priced and reacherd all kinds.And after spending so much on my lcd tv.I am sure it is not going to fall off the wall.Very good!
