This product was the biggest disappointment of all of my online purchases! The product description states the following: Virtual Surround. This would leave any sane individual (who would think to ask in the first place?), that a TV that you paid ovef $1200 for would come with sound. Surprise, this one does not!
Speakers if you want them (image watching TV with the mute button on ALL THE TIME!!!) are available at an additional cost.

ORIGINALLY, I HAD THOUGHT I HAD GOTTEN A GREAT DEAL. THEN I REALIZED WHAT I HAD PURCHASED. THIS IS A T.V. FOR PROFFESIONAL USE ONLY. IT HAS NO STAND AND IS DESIGNED MORE FOR USE ON A COMPUTER NETWORK. IT ALSO HAS NO SPEAKERS AND CAN ONLY RUN OFF OF A HOME THEATRE SYSTEM. PICTURE QUALITY IS INCREDIBLE BUT EVEN THE CABLE GUY WAS STARTLED AT THE DIFFERENT CONNECTIONS IT USES. GREAT T.V. AS FAR AS PICTURE AND QUALITY, BUT PLEASE PLAN ON HIRING AN EXPERT TO DO EVEN MOST SIMPLE CONNECTIONS (I.E. DVD, HOME THEATRE) AND ONLY PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU PLAN ON USING A WALL MOUNT AS IT DOES NOT HAVE A TABLE STAND WHEN YOU RECIEVE IT. KEEP IN MIND THAT IT DOES NOT COME WITH ANY SPEAKERS ALSO.
