I just purchased a 50 inch plasma Panasonic TV. The first mount I bought was the Peerless, which was featured with the TV. Unfortunately when it came the first sentence in the directions was that this was not intended for plasma screens. Back it went and in came the Easy Mount (34-65 in screen). It was a delight to set up and I now have a mount that can hold up to 200 pounds(when I upgrade to the 65 inch Panasonic)
The photo does not do it justice and is a bit misleading. The attachments to the TV include a stainless steel tube that simply sits into the wall portion. You can slide this 8 inches either way and also gives you about a 15 degree tilt up or down. It comes with a level built right in to the wall portion and a stud finder(a great name for a mount).
It also comes with all materials for every possible combination of wall and TV you could imagine. I happen to have concrete walls. No problemo with this bad boy. All you need is a 1/2 inch masonary bit.(tip of the day: put a
