I bought this TV to replace the one in our bedroom, that was destroyed by a surge during a recent storm. (Dumb me, I didn't have a surge protector on it!) The old TV was a 13 inch screen and this one seems huge in comparison. It's the perfect size for the bedroom and has exceptional picture and sound quality. It fits with any decor and I absolutely love it. I would recommend it to anyone who asked! DON'T FORGET THE SURGE PROTECTOR!

I upgraded so I wouldn't have to deal with the converter box when it comes out and I am really glad I did. This T.V. has a fabulous picture and works great with the new DVD player I bought at the same time. So easy to hook uo too!!! The price was to good to pass up and with the money I saved I bought new DVD's!!!!

This is the 3rd hdtv lcd I have purchased this year but the 1st one I am happy with. I purchased a Samsung earlier this year after reading all the amazing reviews, maybe I was expecting too much but I felt disappointed when I had it at home. I then purchased the HP Media Smart 42" with the wifi, it is a nice lcd but it is way overpriced because of the useless wifi which is impossible to setup anyway. Took that right back to bestbuy the next day. Now for the Philips. I was debating whether to get the Sony Bravia L or this Philips. Even though this is more expensive I went with the Philips because of that gut feeling I had everytime I was disappointed with an lcd I told myself I should have got the Philips. Well I finally did and I am very happy with my purchase. I got it for $691 at Sams Club. As soon as it became available I ordered it. I have had it for 3 days now. Since I received the SAMSUNG TV and begin to use it, I have encountered some problems:
1. When I switch to TV, some channels have no signals, and although I bought a HDTV Antenna, there is
still no signals.
2. When I switch to DTV, only three channels video quality are good, but the sound stop and start & the
picture is breaking up.
3. Once or twice the TV turned off by itself.

Although the price is so reasonable for a 27" tv, the picture quality is not as good as a flat screen. Also, be prepared that when you a watch a movie, half of your screen is cut off. Go with a flat screen and pay the extra $100 or $200.

An affordable TV was difficult to find in our local stores. This TV fit all of my mother's needs and the best price I could find anywhere was at Overstock.com. My Mom loves it, she says the picture is wonderful and the television is easy to us. The delivery time was right on schedule. My 78 year old Mom loves her new TV! Thanks Overstock.com!

Overstock's service was great. The TV arrived on april 21st. It worked fine for 5 days, then all of a sudden the sound went off & nothing we did could restore it. I have made about 10 calls to the manufacturer, but so far, nothing has been done. They have made several promises, but that's all. We have had this TV for 20 days & have only been able to use it for five days.

After a week of looking in the local stores and then browsing on-line, I still wasn't sure what to buy. It was easy to pick the size, the exact features and specs was a tougher process. I settled on a 50 inch, 720p I saw in a store and set it as the base model. For a lower price, I picked this Hitachi model that gave me the higher 1080p resolution.
Setup was fairly easy with the help of my wife. We used the stand instead of wall mounting. A little tricky to install the stand because you have to have the TV off the ground for the base to clear. Used a couple of blankets and the packaging foam and it was easy. No problems getting it up on the table for the two of us. Lots of room for wires and the imput panel is easy to read. With HDMI cables, you can eliminate quite a few wires.
The picture looks really good, especially after being a tube TV viewer all my life. Once I added HD TV programming, it was just amazing. I actually will watch programming I'm usually not interetsed

I was a little concerned about it being an off brand, but I don't have any real complaints. I am impressed.
Beware that you CANNOT have both a yellow composite video cable AND a S-Video plugged in at the same time, it will overheat and destroy the unit. I made this mistake. Afterwards I read the users manual (yes I am a man) and read the warning clearly states in there that it is an EITHER OR thing. The picture is really nice and you can output the sound to your high powered amplifier receiver with the Coaxial SPDIF Out. The remote is lame and the speakers wimpy, but like I said, you can output the sound to an amp. For the price this is a fantastic deal. Nice picture.

I have owned this TV for about 9 months now and it is great. Very nice picture with Digital Cable and the HD channels looks amazing. I bought this from costco and paid around 650 for last thanksgiving. My parents have a high end Panasonic plazma and this was considerably cheaper but the picture and quality is only a little less, very good value. I would buy again from Vizio.

I was in the market for my first Flat Panel HDTV and I came across the Vizio 32" on overstock. Overstock's price was good, and with a 10% off coupon was great. The TV is awesome, and the picture is way better than I expected it to be. The 2 HDMI inputs are more than you would expect on a TV this inexpensive, and come in handy considering that I have my HD cable box and PS3 hooked up to it using these inputs. The color temps and settings definitely need some tuning, but this is to be expected for nearly all flat panel TV's. The only thing that takes points off for me is the fact that it's a little cumbersome, and the Vizio brand is compatible with all universal remotes. But all in all, it's a great TV, especially for the price.

For the money this tv is a good buy. Very happy with the puchase. Really enjoy the pip. Hi-Def channels look great. Tech. support was also helpful for those of us that don't want to read the manual.

I work at Sears as a TV salesmen and im a college student. So I know a few things about televisions. I am one of the better part time salesmen in our store but anyways.
Being a college student, I didn't have alot of money to throw around. Im 18 years old and wanted an HDTV to play my Xbox 360 on. All I have to say is I made the right decision.
Being around TVs for 6 to 8 hours straight can get annoying but it does give you alot of time to look at each set and see the differences in quality and price.
The best two looking television in the 32 range LCD are obviously the Sony Bravia KDL-32S3000 32" 720p LCD HDTV sets or the Samsungs. Yes they do look better but they by no means look $400 better than the Vizio. So weighing out all my options and wanted to stay under the $700 range it was either the Vizio, Sylvania, or the Olevia. This was the no brainer of the year. The Vizio looks so much better than both these sets and the worst thing is the Vizio is cheaper than the Sylvania.

I had been in the market for a HDTV/Monitor for a month and the Visio VX32L was well reviewed on the consumer comparison websites. Overstock pricing along with the lack of shipping costs made buying the item from their site a no brainer. Happy with the entire transaction.

This TV is working out perfectly for me. I replaced a non digital TV and needed something that would fit in the same sized entertainment center space. It is fairly light and was easy to set up. A great picture and excellent sound.

I really love the is TV. The set-up was very simple. The picture quality is great. The audio quality is not as strong as other TVs. However, for the price, this TV is a great value!

I got this TV this past weekend. Very easy to set up, out of the box, and turned on in less than 5 minutes. Picture quality is excellent, and the sound is quite good for standard sound from a TV. I also tried the HD signals from the local TV stations, and the quality was excellent. If you are looking to use the TV without cable, it seemed to work quite well. I am very happy with the purchase, and I think that my family will get a lot of use out of it. I have to say taht for the quality of the picture, the money paid for it was well worth it.

I have this tv hooked up to my computer, gaming console, and satellite. The picture is fantastic and it is very easy to switch between the three. I highly recommend this product.

Although this TV was remanufactured, I received it in perfect condition. The picture is great, although the stereo speakers sound a little...."tinny." But that's definitely to be expected from any TV. I also checked the price of this model at a major discount retailer and found that I saved about $200 over a new one. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and would recommend it to anyone.
