Targus AMB03US Bluetooth Laser Mouse-BLUETOOTH BLACK/BLUE LASER ACCSSCROLL MOUSE PC RECHARGEA
+ 0 likes
The first AMB30US I received had a small problem, if I could say: freezing inadvertantly after 1 to 2 minutes of operation, and staying frozen for a couple of minutes, sometimes with Bluetooth disconnection. It was completely unusable. I sent it back and the new one I received is worse. First, it behaves exactly the same. Second, it does not operate at all on battery, it only operates if wire connected to the USB port ! And third, the teflon pods are misaligned and each time I click, the mouse tilts a little bit. What a good sensation !! But even if it was working properly, I still wouldn't like this mouse. I do not like it going to sleep mode after just a couple of seconds, which means that each time you need it you have to wake it. I do not like the shape of the case: it is small AND slim, which makes it uncomfortable to use. Usualy, small mice are fat. Conclusion: Targus, never again !!

The Logitech LX7 Cordless Optical Mouse is small but mighty. I enjoy not being tethered to my computer and the mouse has all the functionality I need. I highly recommend this mouse.

Just fantastic. I had trouble to install the 2 batteries in a previous one. With this mouse all what you need is to push a button to lift up the battery cover. I understand the battery has a long life. I used to waste 2 batteries every week. Viva microsoft !!!!!!

Logitech LX8 Cordless Laser Mouse

Grrrr...I hate this mouse. I can't believe I threw out the packaging so I can't return it. The placement of the back button is in a horrible location, so you end up pressing it by mistake all the time. Within Outlook, if you're in the middle of a reply to an email and happen to press it the reply indicator gets placed on the wrong email. So it looks like you didn't reply to someone.

I'm going to have to either open this thing up and disable it, or superglue the button in place since I can't seem to find a software fix.

Although, other than the forward/back button placements, it's a great mouse.

V550 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue)

Don't get me wrong, it's a good product. Just not for Mac users. The flywheel mouse wheel is amazing. I also own the MX Revolution mouse and adore this feature. I bought this for use on my Macbook Pro. Problem is it doesn't synch very well with the driver software (which one must download), and without the driver software it doesn't communicate at all. With the driver software it takes a lot of patience. I just want it to work.

It works like a charm on my Dell 620 laptop, and I highly recommend it for Windows OS users. The nano receiver is unobtrusive.

Also, I've never seen a wireless mouse this good on battery life. I've had it for 2 months and it says I have 510 days remaining. Logitech really has an angle on maximizing battery life.

The mouse comes with an adhesive-backed "button" that you can affix to your laptop to have "one less thing to carry" by attaching the mouse to it. This feature is a gimmick, I never use it. Also, the TSA agents at the airport often want an explanation

Logitech G5 Laser Gaming Mouse

I don't play video games. I use Photoshop and other Adobe graphics products for a living. This mouse has, in addition to the usual left and right buttons and a scroll wheel, SIX other programmable keys. You can see how I use them here: [...]

Logitech G5 Laser Gaming Mouse

The G5 is a very nice mouse, but if it dosen't fit one's hand, that dosen't matter. My hands don't work very well & I like another reviewer found the hump in the back just didn't work for me. I was amazed that none of the various mice specification say anything about their size, so here are the results of my quest to find out how big mice are:

V220 - 8.8 cm long
V320 - 9.8 cm
V450 - 10.5 cm
L6, L7, L8, MX400, & MX Revolution - 12.3 cm
LX7 - 12cmx 5cm x 2.5cm (long x wide x high)
MX518-12.5 cm
MX620 - 12.8 cm
G5 - 12.5 cm
G9 - 10.5 cm
Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse - 11.2cm x 5.1cm x 4.2cm
Microsoft Laser Mouse 6000 - 12.4cm x 6.7cm x 4.2cm
Razer DeathAdder - 12.6cm x 6.9cm x 4.5 cm

Sorry no shape factor. I bought the DeathAdder & it also is a very nice mouse & better yet, it works for me.

Logitech LX8 Cordless Laser Mouse

I like Logitech products, but I should have paid more mind to the reviewers that had problems with the forward and back buttons. Most of them said they got used to the locations, but after month, I still accidentally hit the buttons. I wish I had gotten a mouse with the buttons up higher and not where the thumb rests.

I have a couple of laser mice, now and I don't find any advantage over optical mice.

Wii Turbo Wheel - Blue

This wheel works the same as the Nintendo wheel except for one very important thing: there's no "B" button on the back of the wheel. You're pressing the "B" button on the Wii remote itself. On the back of the Nintendo wheel, there's a "B" button that acts as sort of an extension, so your finger can more easily press the button. A minor flaw for some, but a major one for me, especially since I got use to the Nintendo version prior to buying this one.

Razer Lachesis Laser Gaming Mouse - Blue

I've been using a Copperhead for a while now. What I liked about the Copperhead was the precision and neutral hand orientation is friendly to us lefties. I thought my Copperhead was dying because I couldn't get the drivers to work so I ordered the Lachesis as a replacement.

Logitech has surpassed 2000dpi, but they have yet to offer the same smoothness as the Diamondback not to mention the Copperhead, which completely negates the purpose of 3200DPI.

This mouse is 4000dpi and offers the same smoothness only at higher resolution.

I was initially worried that I might have some problems with lift off, and jumpiness. The mouse shipped with firmware 1.64, and I upgraded to 1.75. Neither firmware had a problem.

The "lift off" movement was no more than 10-20% worse than any other laser mouse which is barely noticeable. Considering the precision, you can't ask for any better than that - plus with this kind of precision, do you really need to lift the mouse? The days of the ball mice are

V470 Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks - Blue

I can't seem to get this mouse to wake up after my iMac goes to sleep. After bluetooth makes a few passes trying to find the mouse, then, in cases like right now, I can't get the darned thing paired.

When I attach my Microsoft notebook wireless mouse with the dongle, I realize just how much accuracy I've been missing out on with the pointer going precisely where I want it to go, it does so quickly and smoothly, and there's no skipping.

Bad purchase for me.

V550 Nano Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks (Blue)

I bought this model V550 in blue and gray (silver-like look), to replace my Logitech bluetooth mouse model V470, and my bluetooth Apple Mighty Mouse. The Apple mouse ended up having problems with the scroll ball that are well documented elsewhere by other reviewers. I liked the V470 bluetooth in white and silver. It was small, which I like, and a nice match with my 24 inch iMac computer and keyboard. It had no additional buttons, or switch application button for Expose', Dashboard, or Spaces. I found buttons on the side of any mouse to be uncomfortable to use any way. However, I hated waiting for it to wake up and connect with bluetooth. It seemed to take forever (maybe 8 to 10 seconds). If you didn't move the mouse for a time, it would automatically disconnect, and when you wanted to use it again, you had to wait for it to wake up again. So, I started to look for a replacement, and I found the Logitech V550 in blue (I'm a blue freak) and gray. It has about the same footprint as the

Genius PenSketch 9x12 Graphics Tablet - 9 x 12 - 2000 lpi - Pen, Mouse - USB
+ 0 likes
To start of, I've been using this product for 6 months already and let me tell you what it comes with first. It comes with the tablet, pen stand, "mouse", some drivers, some software i didn't really use and replacement tips.

Now the pen and mouse require AAA batteries. I would not recommend using the mouse at all, it just sucks because it feels wrong when you use it and being "wireless" like the pen doesn't entirely help. When it comes pen, it isn't bad as what some reviewers have stated. I believe that the pen is a little on the sensitive side. Like if you slightly wiggle the pen, it somewhat detects it, so you have to be a little bit more precise. However, after a few months of using it, I eventually got used to. I can now draw, trace whatever I want of course that was due to practice. It's not like wacom tablets are that perfect, because it took as much time for me to get used to my graphire 3 tablet.

Now for my feedback on this device. The buttons on the pen suck. They're hard to

OCZ Technology Equalizer Laser Gaming Mouse for Desktop - Laser - USB

Fantastic mouse! There is not a single aspect of this mouse that I dislike. The fit, finish, and design have all been flawlessly executed, and the mouse is exceptionally pleasing, both ergonomically and aesthetically. A button located behind the scroll wheel allows you to cycle through 6 different DPI settings, with the current DPI being indicated by the color of the scroll wheel backlight. The "triple-threat" button is the reason I bought this mouse, and it has performed wonderfully well. I play COD4 online, and now my favorite rifle (H&K G3) has the ability to fire in 3-shot bursts with deadly accuracy each and every time I press the perfectly positioned, studded orange "triple-threat" button. The software is easy enough to use, and although I doubt I'll have the desire to use any of the advanced settings it's nice to know that they're there, should I be so inclined. As icing on the cake, the mouse came with 8 extra gliders. In summation, this is both the least expensive and best

V470 Cordless Laser Mouse for Notebooks - Blue

There really are no complaints when it comes to this mouse. Many of the reviewers here mention the lag time that it takes for the mouse to resume after it has been left still for 5 minutes or more. In reality this half-second of non responsiveness is almost completely unnoticeable and in no way gives the user anything to complain over.

It's a bluetooth mouse, and it works as it should. Turn it on, and you're good to go. Feels good in the hand, and has great battery life as well as a great solid feel to it. Best choice when it comes to laptop bluetooth mice.

That was my review, submitted a few days ago. Unfortunately today the mouse stopped working, only flashing it's blue light. At first I was sure it was the batteries, even though it's only been a month and they shouldn't be dead yet. So I replaced them, but nothing. Restarted laptop, restarted bluetooth, turn mouse on/off, push connect, all of this to no avail. I'm awaiting a response from Logitech support, and will update

Kensington PilotMouse Laser Wireless Mini-PILOTMOUSE LASER WIRELESS MINI WRLSUSB RF BLACK/GRAY SCROLL
+ 0 likes
The Kensington 72239 pilotmouse wireless laser usb mini mouse has fixed a problem for me, and, it works great. Plus, I got a good gold box price when I got it, lol. I use it as a remote for my pc to hdtv connection via vga connection. It has good wireless range so I can be in living room and control pc from my couch. Thats good when you want to view videos from the computer to the tv, when your tv has a pc in connection. Of course, you can do anything on the computer, while viewing it on your pc enabled tv. One other nice thing about it is that you don't have to worry about the battery running down because when you stow the usb receiver onto the mouse for storage, it automatically turns itself off. I would highly reccomend it, especially if you can find it for cheap like I did.

Razer Diamondback 3G Gaming Mouse - Green

After only a number of hours I can't imagine using any other normal mouse. While shopping for a 'gaming mouse' I was disheartened by the extremely overt negative reviews for every gaming mouse I could consider that was under $50.

Like most things involving those who are young and with little else to live for, these types of devices seem to install 'loyalty issues' between one brand or another. All of the negative things listed about this mouse I find to be wonderful features.

The material of the mouse is a wonderful soft rubber. The scroll wheel is large and has very pleasing control.

As to the side buttons which everyone seems to hate. They are designed so that the thumb can press either of them easily at will without actually moving positions. To press one you use the joint part of your thumb, and the other you use the flat part. The buttons on the other side, where you of course don't have a thumb, are exactly the same way. Because this is an ambi-dexterous mouse, if you are left

Razer Lachesis Laser Gaming Mouse - Blue

The mouse works excellent. It skipped at first, then I turned it over and saw the clear soft plastic protective cover that covers the bottom of the mouse and partially interupts the laser. I removed it and the silver sticker that goes around the lazer as well and it has performed flawlessly since. Excellent for games and I do CAD with it as well. So if you're skipping, try uncovering the lazer D.A.

Targus AMB03US Bluetooth Laser Mouse-BLUETOOTH BLACK/BLUE LASER ACCSSCROLL MOUSE PC RECHARGEA

I seem to be the only person in here who has figured out why this mouse behaves the way it does - from the agressive sleep mode to the misguided complaints of laser/bluetooth failures (which are NOT what's happening).

Fact is, this stunningly beautiful and high-quality mouse is overpoweringly industrial strength in both laser and bluetooth signal strengh, which is both a blessing and a curse.

In short, this mouse is a battery hog, and what people are experiencing (but seemingly unable to figure out for themselves) are the following:

1. Laser failure due to batteries running down.
2. Bluetooth signal dropps because of batteries running down.
3. Batteries running down because of extremely high output laser and bluetooth signal strength.

Consider:

Ever wondered why this mouse still works even when it's hovering a half inch above any surface?

Ever wondered how this mouse is able to work on glass?

Ever noticed that the manual says this mouse works up to 33 feet when most mice become

I am once again pleased with a Logitech product. Cordless +NO receiver to plug in!

The V470 works flawlessly with my laptop. I wish the scroll wheel had a smoother feel to it, but otherwise the ergonomics are superb.

Highly recommend...Remember your laptop must have Bluetooth capabilities...If it does, then this is the mouse for you!
