Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
I love this frame, didn't know when I purchased it that it will also play the video portion of my memory card. I give it an A+!. My boys love it they bring their memory cards home from the deer lease and check out the wildlife that comes to the field camera. It is very handy and has a very high quality picture. Once again I am very pleased with my purchase, I think the price was really reasonable also.

Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
Overall this frame gets the job done. A quick pro-con list below:

Pros: good image quality, easy to setup and use, plays videos which is a nice bonus, great remote control storage so you don't lose the remote, DEFINITELY a great price.

Cons: No random option for playback (only plays photos in the order storage on the memory card), SD Memory card slot was hard to get the memory card in.

For the price I am very happy with this frame. But if you want a fancy frame with all the bells and whistles this is not the one for you. This is a basic frame with good picture quality for a reasonable price!

Windshield Mount for Garmin Nuvi and StreetPilot-Windshield Mount for Garmin Nuvi and StreetPilot
When I purchased this to replace my broken Garmin Street Pilot 550 mount - I was hoping the gooseneck would allow me to move the unit closer so that people would be able to hear me more clearly when using the bluetooth feature with my cell phone. This might have worked except for the fact that if you extend the gooseneck any way but the V shape - the unit becomes a bobble-head doll - really annoying. When V shaped - it works pretty much as the original mount - not really what I had expected when I purchased it as it is much more expensive than the original - but it is functionally and as good as the original....

Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
This frame does much more than I expected and it will take me a while to learn how to do it all. I believe the 4 ratings would be 5's if I used all the features. The pictures are clear with horizontal ones filling the frame and verticle with a border. I like being able to control the time for each to be visible.

Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
I have purchased two of these to help family members with failing memories keep the images of family members and events in their minds. I also purchased one for my son, a professional free lance artist, to use as a portfolio for his work. I'm waiting for a fourth frame to be in stock to purchase for my brother with Alzheimer's Disease. All the frames I have purchased are wonderful and working flawlessly. How's that for a recommendation?

Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
I found this frame very easy to figure out, at least regarding photos. It has a remote control, which is very interesting and, though I haven't used it for videos yet, is kind of fun for skipping through pictures. You can fit a LOT of pictures on a 4 GB SD card so you can have a really large slideshow going on in the frame. I plugged the frame in, stuck the card in, and it has kept going strong ever since. Just remember to have your photos properly oriented and such before you put them on the card. You can rotate them with frame controls but if you lose power to the frame they all revert to the card version.

Kodak Easyshare 8-inch Digital Picture Frame (Refurb)-.
I like the fact that the unit uses all of the different memory card or flash port features. It has a good clear picture. It took me a while to learn how to use it so i would say ease of use was not as comfortable as I would have liked. I'm not a very technical person so this could have something to do with my feelings on ease of use. Otherwise I like the unit and would recommend it to someone else.

REFURBISHED - Portable DVD Player - Blue DVP-FX810/L
I bought it for a long trip to Colorado. This player is solid and the buttons are solid and the do not appear cheap unlike the players from Magnavox, Audiovox etc., Charge appeared to last long enough for about 3 movies or longer though i did not measure it. Included cigarete lighter adapter is a great accessory.
One big draw back i found with this player is that it will not play VCD's or DVD's from other countries, though it plays burnt DVD's and burnt CD's/MP3s just fine. It is a great 8" portable dvd player in the market for the price $119+9.95 shipping.

Celestron 11069 8-inch NexStar 8SE Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope
When I opened the package I was surprised the quality of the product. I went right away to test it in my first night. Due to Florida's terrible rainy days lately it was mostly cloudy yet I was able to see Mars, Saturn's rings, Jupiter's moon and clouds, even behind a tinted glass! That's how high quality these optics are. Able to gather celestial light even with such terrible viewing conditions.

The eyepiece that came with it(25mm)is of very good quality itself, I bought a an eyepiece set but I still find myself using it a lot. The tracking does drain batteries fast so I had no choice than to upgrade to an AC power supply. Due to high humidity, dew was a problem on the optics, had to buy a dew shield.

To summarize, every penny spent on it was well worth it. This really isn't an entry level telescope so it does cost a lot but it also shows on the quality and what you can see through it.

I definitely recomend buying this telescope if you are serius about astronomy or want a real good

HP 8 Digital Photo Frame w/ MP3 Playback and Extra Frame in Black, Wood Grain
HP Lite-On Df800 8-Inch High Resolution Digital Picture Frame with RemoteA wonderful product in all aspects, EXCEPT in the slideshow mode it plays the files from the latest to the earliest. Who would want to view wedding photos showing the couple driving off, before they are even married? The only way to change the order is to renumber the files, an awsome job if you have 200+.

MartinLogan Source High-Performance Electrostatic Loudspeaker (Single, Dark Cherry)
This is a great introduction to a whole new way of listening. I can't believe how this sounds much more like people in the room playing music for me versus sound obviously coming out of a box. Details, vocals, I have never heard before or was too blurred to make out just snapped into place as if it was always there. At first it was strange as I have used conventional speakers for years as these just diappeared and a whole stage opened in front of me. I had been told by fiends (guys) who had more experience that this type would be hard, but my Denon powers them nicely and the instructions are the most detailed of any before it. It was worth the extra few minutes it took to set up correctly with the result being so much more than anything else I have tried in the past. A must hear.

Tamrac #5768 Velocity 8x, Pro Sling Pack, for Digital & Film SLRs with up to 8" Zoom Lens & Grip Attached, & Accessories - Black
The Tamrac 5768 Velocity 8X Pro is a durable, roomy bag for carrying a zoom lens and your other gear. Its uniqueness is its ability to be moved from back to front quickly. My husband is a wildlife photographer and he finds the Velocity 8x the perfect size to transport lenses on the trail and still not be burdened by bulk. Worth noting: if other items are not carried, the bag will accommodate a digital camera fitted with a 300mm lens.

Sony Handycam DVD Camcorder with 2.7" Touch-Panel LCD Monitor - Black/Silver
I purchased this camcorder a few days ago for my dad, I must say I am quite impressed with it. I compared the Canon DC310/320, Panasonic VDR50, and the Sony 610/710. I went to the store biased in favour of the Canon based on the specifications alone. But what a huge disappointment the canon cameras were. They look cheap, the plastic is cheap, the buttons are flimsy, the buttons next to the screen were tiny and the on screen info was not clear at all. Canon's design department needs to wake up, I have tried quite a few canon entry level/mid range products in the recent past and have come up very disappointing with design and build quality. To make things worse, there was noise all over the place, indoor light wasnt great, but the dark carpet had light green and red spots all over on the LCD. The zoom action was quick. The one aspect where Canon trumps is that it has optical image stabilization, not found on the sony. This is a huge help when you go closer to the telephoto end of things,

Kensington International Travel Plug Adapter
This product does NOT support laptops or other products that require a ground (for US plugs). I have a standard Dell laptop, so I assume it's very common that most US laptop plugs have the third plug for the ground. They market this product for laptops, but this product has no hole for the ground plug and the website/description does not explain that. I had to buy a different adapter with at the airport, so basically this product ended up costing me $60.

REFURBISHED - Portable DVD Player - Blue DVP-FX810/L
This is my first portable DVD player, so I don't have anything to compare it to. But so far it has met all my expectations -- long battery life, easy for my kids to use in the back seat of the car, and sharp picture.

Sony Handycam DVD Camcorder with 2.7" Touch-Panel LCD Monitor - Black/Silver
When my oldest daughter had her first child (it was also my first grandchild) two years ago I bought her a digital camera and printer. I have been since rewarded by receiving many photos of my favorite (and only) grandchild.

Now, for my granddaughter's second birthday, I bought her this video camera. After reading many of the reviews for this and other camcorders on Amazon I picked the Sony DCR-DVD610 because met all of the needs that I had for a camcorder that I would give as a gift:

1. POPULAR. Almost everyone who purchased this item was very happy with it. This was not so with all of the best-selling camcorders, even those at twice the price.

2. EASY. I wanted to get her one that was fairly easy to use. I read the instruction book on-line and felt that this fit the bill.

3. DVDs. It was important to me that it used some sort of DVD as the primary recording media since I feel that it is more archival than tape and more secure than a hard drive only.

4. PRICE. Even though

Sony Handycam DVD Camcorder with 2.7" Touch-Panel LCD Monitor - Black/Silver
Have had this camera for two weeks now and it has surpassed my own expectations, which were fairly high. Picture quality and ease of use are superb, but I can't overestimate the hybrid feature. Being able to record to memory stick and then dub copies to mini-DVD all within the camera when you're on the road is fantastic. This allows you to make copies for people on the fly. The memory stick makes editing a cinch too. Just pop it in your memory card reader and load the converted mpg files into Vista Movie Maker, then have some fun!

PHILIPS 8FF3FPB/27 8 LCD Digital Photo Frame (Black)
I bought this unit as a replacement "upgrade" for the 5.6" one I first bought which was cheap but not very cheerful on the eyes.

Yes - you cant get rid of the picture of the baby that comes with the unit but worse still was that it started having problems after only a very short time.

This new unit worked great ... nice display with crisp and clear pictures.. but only for a few hours after which the "auto-fit" function stopped working and it put nasty rainbow coloured borders around the pictures instead of fitting pictures to suit the position of the frame (landscape/portrait). Even worse, ALL the portrait orientation pictures were distorted and looked extremely pixelated. Even if I created pictures 800 x 600 it still gave problems.....

What a waste of my weekend.... It always seems the same these days. When a new technical thing comes out there are always bugs... then down the road they fix them with a "firmware upgrade". But why do the users have to suffer for this "beta testing" which

Klipsch Synergy III 8" 2-Way Dual-Woofer Floorstanding Speaker (Each) - Black/Titanium Color
I haven't had speakers that performed like these since I was in my twenties. At that time I bought a pair of Altec Lansing Voice of the Theater speakers. The big black boxed that they used at concerts. They had what they called an Exponential Horn. I've missed that sound for forty years and didn't realize it until I bought these Klpsch speakers. All I can say is they are wonderful and affordable.....Thank you Albert Kleppe

Sony Handycam Camcorder with 30GB Hard Disk Drive - Black/Silver

The last time I bought a camcorder was in 1994, when my first Daughter was born. It was an 8mm Panasonic. Since then I have bought Point and Shoots and SRL Digitals that really impressed me. I was so used to the quality of my Canon Rebel, that I just assumed that a new cam corder would get me the same quality or close to it!
I put down my $408.00 (got a deal) on a new Sony DCR-SR45. I like the Carl Ziess lenses and thought this has got to give me good quality! I also was impressed that it was all on a hard drive..30gb drive is more than enough for my needs.

. The HandyCam SR45 fit right in my hand, it weighs less then my Canon Rebel(with the 50mm lens) and is pretty easy to use. I love the touch screen...but then it came time to test the camera out....
My first test was in my Home office...and it looked grainy. I checked the settings and it was set to "SP" so I set it to "HQ" and tried again....Still grainy.
I decided that maybe it is just too little light in my office, so I waited until
