First I wanted to buy a 40 inch but i live in an apartment so i see this one at an incredible price for a sony so i bought it; first worried for the pic quality of a 720p but when opened and try it the picture was GREAT, you can watch from any angle without problem and the speakers are good if you complaint about them then get a home theater they were talking about the auto-dimming issue on the sonys well this one i dont see anything like that, the picture at the PS3 is awesome and blurays too

I bought this TV for my grandparents for basic TV viewing and DVD playing. The picture quality is very good and the color is very accurate. Sound quality is average but good enough for a mid-sized room. The only drawback is the style in my opinion. The bigger than average black frames around the screen makes the screen look smaller compare to other 32 inch TV's (maybe its just me.)Overall for $299, I am very happy for what I got.

I bought my first color TV in '66 to see Notre Dame/Michigan State Football game. I wish that I'd could see that game on this Samsung. In '66 my TV weighted a ton, now you can move it around with no effort. The game ended in a 10-10 tie. This is not here. Picture is clear, color has great resolutioIn with digital picture.I know that my next TV will be in the contact lens in my eye. I love progress and Samsung is doing it.

This is a decent product. Bought it because of price, warranty, and connectivity. Good as a second tv for basement, kids room, etc. You will notice some blurring of images. Reminder this is a first-gen lcd at 60Hz. This is very normal with the first LCDs. I only have it hooked up to standard cable signal. Have not upgraded to HD yet as this is my first and only flat screen currently. The picture looks much better when watching DVDs

The price is the best part. I got it on sale for $399. Had to return it though due to a freeze or lock up issue but had no problem replacing it at my local Best Buy. Great for a 2nd or 3rd TV.

Very user friendly remote, easy to program and set up. Great picture quality. Excellant sound quality. Great value for the amount of money spent. Would definately reccommend to anyone as a primary or secondary television. I have yet to find anything negative to say about this product. We are very happy with it.

I believe for the price you can not beat this TV. Great picture for only$299.99. Not sure why there are complaints about the sound, mine is fine. I use this for the bedroom but if i used it as my main tv I would have it thru the stereo. If you are looking for an inexpensive step up TV, look no further.

I looked at a lot of televisions in this range, and decided on this Samsung model. The picture quality is great. I use it in my bedroom with HD cable, Netflix, and with a Samsung Blu Ray player. I watch from about 7ft away and would not benefit from 1080p. There are a lot of controls to adjust the picture to fit your room. I was planning on getting a soundbar and subwoofer, but the speakers are much better than I expected. I turned up the volume on all of the 32" sets at BestBuy and thought this set had the best sound. I don't foresee any problems.

Samsung is supposed to be a great brand, but this unit is terrible. I had a 100% better picture on a 12 year old Sony. Picture colors will not adjust. Remote will not control what the manual says it will. Closed caption does not come on at all even though the source is the same as with old set. Overall, this was a waste of money. Suggest you go with Sony even though rated lower. This is the most disappointing electronics purchase I have ever made. Will never buy Samsung again, plan to donate this one to Salvation Army.

I wanted to get a tv for my bedroom that would be a little bigger, but not huge. This fit the bill great and I am more then happy with the product. It's picture is fantastic and the viewing angles are not a problem at all. Sound quality is about as great and the volume has a lot of range. The menu structure makes sense and isn't hard to go through. Overall look of TV is very nice. The screen has a bit of a matte finish to it, so there is very little glare from outside lightsources. The controller is decent and is very easy to get around without looking at it.

Overall, Don't let the insignia brand name scare you. It's a fantastic TV and give yous a lot for a lot less then the big names.

I had been shopping around for nearly two years, just waiting for prices to come down on the LCD TV's and I finally couldn't resist this one. Great price, great picture, sound is very good. Most of the issues with the new flat screens is the fact that there is no room for the speakers to face forward, so they usually end up at the bottom of the set making the sound quality degrade. These speakers have good power with no need to purchase a home theater system like they like to push on you. Great product!

The LED LCD provides great contrast and viewing angles, the interoperability with our Samsung BR/DVD is great, too! (We use an ethernet cable for the BR/DVD and moved the wireless USB device to the TV so that we can easily check weather and such on the TV.)

Orion SANSUI 32IN LCD HDTV/DVD

I have never rated a product before, but this time I felt that I had to alert other perspective buyers. Bought this TV as it had a good rating in Europe and the fare East. Set it up with my cable company. Picture was impossible, like a 20 year old TV. Called the dealer. They said it wasn't their problem. Spoke with TV repair company, who told me that Sansui was the worst TV to buy in the USA and that they were unable to get parts for fixing it. Returned TV to supplier 24 hours later. Don't bother to buy this TV for use in the States, as it doesn't seem to be the same product sold in other countries. This TV and distributing company are a real ZERO.

This TV is SO close to being perfect. For the price, you can't beat it. This thing plays blue-ray's and DVD's almost to perfection. If you want an HD TV for watching TV, this is perfect.

It's when you start using this TV as a computer monitor that you realize you should have spent the extra money. There is very noticable motion blur. It's bad enough that I tried spelling my name with the trail of colors coming off the edge of my Internet Explorer window. (ok, maybe not that bad) But playing FPS is tough on the eyes.

If you going to game on this TV, buy something else. Otherwise you will be VERY happy.

Dynex 32" Class / 720p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV

I've only had this set for a day so long-term performance is yet to come.
Be that as it may, I exchanged a brand-new Insignia 42" 1080i LCD for this Dynex 32" because the 42" was just too big for our living room arrangement. It was like sitting in the front row of a movie theater! Anyway, the Dynex is perfect so far. Be careful when you set up your input because I had it on AV and was about ready to blow a gasket until I scrolled down the page and found HDMI...once I clicked on HDMI, the picture just EXPLODED! Great shades, hues, and colors. Vivid and sharp! Even though it's a 720, I honestly can't tell the difference in clarity from the 1080 Insignia. It would be nice to have a backlit remote, but shucks...I'll survive . For $299.00, it's a sweet value and a nice deal. In this unpredictable economy, that's what I was looking for. One last thing, there are 3 different Dynex 32" TV models at BestBuy. Two models have 3 HDMI inputs, and this one has only 2, but this one is the latest model.

Panasonic VIERA X1 Series TC-L32X1 32-Inch 720p LCD HDTV

The review is for the Panasonic Viera 32" LCD HD TV - model number: TC-L32X1. I just got this TV last week and already I am in love with it. It has so many features, benefits and settings, but the one thing the resonates with everything on this TV is how user-friendly it is. I got this TV because I was upgrading my old one (an RCA L26W11), which I made the mistake of purchasing as soon as it came out; that TV isn't even a quarter as good as my Panasonic Viera, yet the price was nearly twice. Be sure to check out the pics that I put up; I have included some pictures of the TV, remote and docking station which are all labeled. The TV includes these items in the box: the beautiful Panasonic Viera 32" LCD HD TV - model number: TC-L32X. a standing pedestal for the TV (this is black and shiny and blends in nicely with the TV) a very detailed and easy-to-follow instructional booklet which also details Panasonic's 1-year warranty a color-coded large insert for easy to install instructions

I had originally went to see the 32" Viera and LG equivalent, but really didn't notice much of a difference in the picture quality between these two and the Insignia. It was also closeout price, $60 less than the other two. I decided on it because I was told it's made for Best Buy by Toshiba, which is another well rated tv, and the warranty is two years. Easy to hook up, great picture, good sound. Noticed that the picture quality was really determined by the cable box or DVD player. A HD cable box has a great picture, the standard cable box better than a tube tv but not as clear as HD. Same with DVD player. Picture was better with my upconverting player than with my older 480p player.

Proscan 32" Class / 720p / 60Hz / LCD HDTV

If you want a super clear, HIDEF TV for gaming, go buy a good Plasma or 240Hz LCD/LED. If you just want to watch a favorite program in the retreat room, this is great for it! It's not for Gaming..Look at the Specs..60Hz is NOT a fast speed. For X-Box it would need a bit more speed to run on it, but anyone that knows about a TV and gaming will tell you that 60Hz is slow. It plays great so far. Have Proscan LCD monitors on two PC's now..they runs flawlessly, so I figure the TV will also. Anyway, it plays regular TV just fine!
