This mount is worth every penny, it is very sturdy and versatile. It takes two people to mount the TV to the wall, so don't try to do it yourself alone

This is the first product I am taking the time to review. Not my first wallmount, but this one was so easy and saved me so much time I felt it deserved a review. All the parts and more were included. Simply Drill 4 holes into the studs to attach to your wall, then use the included screws that fit your tv to mount the bracket to your TV. After that it just sits on top with 2 little screws for extra safety. I highly recommend this, the mount I bought before for a different tv had issues with moving a few degrees left and right, and wasn't near as sturdy as this one which gives me great peace of mind.

This mount (VMPL3B) was identified by Sanus as the one to fit a Sharp LC65D64U TV. (1)While the kit came with several different sizes of bolts to fit various models, it did not provide the metric size needed for this specific Sharp TV. The four bolts needed were available (M10 - 30mm) at Home Depot, $.80 each (plus washers needed). (2)The slots in the mounting brackets were not wide enough to allow the proper bolts to pass through. I was able to file the slots wider (not difficult)to allow the bolts to pass. After that mount was easy to install with all needed hardware provided and works great. Even with this blip the mount is well worth buying due to the more than $400.00 saving over the mount offered by Sharp.

Correction. This gets zero stars. I loved this monitor. I wrote several positive 5 star reviews about it. Then it broke with a bang and a flash, right in my face. I called Samsung right away. They said a repair guy would come out to fix it. After 4 days with no contact, I called back. They said no one will be coming to fix it. A replacement will be sent to me and I have to mail the broken one to them to them. I waited for the replacement unit for two weeks. I called Samsung. They said no replacement would be sent. They want to issue a refund. They said it would be a 4 days before I get a shipping label from them, and then after they receive the broken monitor, 21 days before I see a check. I asked to speak with someone in case management. They said it would be sometime next week before they call me back. Incidentally, my 5 month old Samsung 42" plasma TV also broke. A local contractor did come out to service it right away, but never again will I buy a Samsung. Their stuff breaks, and they

I haven't installed it yet, but am impressed so far.. It is very well made and designed for heavy plasma screens. Complete ,well organized hardware package and clear instructions.
In my opinion, expensive but worth it.

After much thought bought this mount. As most installers in my area were asking for $400 or more I proceeded to install this on my own. Beaware that this mount is quite heavy. But works wonderfully. I mounted a 52" Samsung A650 and it works great. It remains in the position that you want it to if you did the setup right. And that means balancing the TV by centering it on the mount. The only con that I can come up with is that the back of the TV stays about 4" from the wall even in the totally folded up position. Would definetly recommend it.

I was on the verge of purchasing the Apple Cinema Display 30" for the photography work that I do.
However, as of June 2008, the ACD is already considered old and overpriced especially for the currect specs.
I started to take a look around and was interested in the 30" Dell LCDs however there were issues with oversaturation on the red hues. I know how that is since Ive had previous Dell LCDs.
I luckily found reviews on the Samsung 30" 305t and quickly became interested. However there were few reviews but the ones out there were great.
I finally pulled pulled the trigger and purchased it and got it a few days later.
I must say, the reviews out there say that the LCD is pretty well calibrated out of the box. I am currently running a Macbook Pro (Feb 2008) and when i hooked it up, the colors looked very hyper saturated. Reds, Greens and Blues.
I have a Gregtag Macbeth i1 display 2 for screen calibration. Without the OSD on the Samsung, I was not able to manually adjust the RGB color levels

Before you buy your DTV, LCD or HDTV you need to know what type wall mount you'll need (if mounting on wall).
VESA is a "square hole" mounting bracket standard. That is, it has 4 holes that if connected, form a square. These range from 75 x 75, 100 x 100, 200 x 200 and might work with a 175 x 200 -if- it is a multi-purpose unit.
This is an excellent adapter. I have a 42" Zenith mounted flat in the corner of the room. It pans 45 degrees both ways, tilts 15 degrees down and pulls away from the wall. All hardware is included except a drill and stud finder.

We just installed our 50" Panasonic Viera Plasma on this mount, and it went up great. The only complaint I have it that once the TV is on the wall, it is kind of hard to get the cords behind the TV (at least to see what you are doing) because it doesn't tilt up very far. Other than that minor complaint, we love it!

Great delivery Service. Great product. Sturdy, wll made and low profile to wall behind Tv. Easy enough for handyman to install with a drill, tape measure, level, and ability to locate wall studs. Would definitely recommend product and service.MLT25

I would recommend this mount to anyone buying a larger LCD. It tilts up/down, swivels left/right, and can pull away from the way effortlessly! I have mine set-up in my great room and this unit works great as when you are watching from the couch, you can tilt it down and when you are across the room in the kitchen or bar area, you can pull it out, swivel it to the left, and tilt it back... so you can see it from anywhere you might be in the room!
It does stick out from the wall about 4-5 inches when fully pushed in, but that can be expected if you want the swivel and extension features. I was leary of the included mounting bolts so I invest in some harden ones from the local hardware store. It pays to shop around as this unit was almost $200 cheaper at Amazon (plus shipped for free!!)as compared to BB and CC.

I purchased this wall mount basically because of the price. Of course i googled the product and could not find it under $100. Ordering was easy and it arrived before the estimated arrival date. The Sanus wall mount is high quality steel and very sturdy. The instructions were easy to follow and all the extra hardware was great allowing for installation onto any wall. Even if you are not handy, it is easy to install. This product is outstanding. When i am ready to upgrade from my 50" to a 60" i will be looking for this product again. Overstock out did themselves on this one.

The product arrived very quickly, in good shape and was exactly as advertised. We had no problems mounting it and it was just what we were hoping for. High quality, solid arm.

Like all Sanus products this is a good one. It includes lots of hardware but I have found in several cases that the TV mounting bolts are either too long or too short. However, you can always use the bolts from your TV's stand which are typically the perfect length.
Other than the bolt issue, this is a great product and holds my heavy 52-inch TV very close to the wall. Be forewarned that you will have a very tight fit for cables behind the TV so cable connection before hanging is required. You will also need very small hands or a measuring tape to slide in the safety bar.
Also note that in most home installs you do not need a mount that tilts since the viewing angle of most LCD TVs is very wide. This mount does not tilt. Check the Sanus website to check mount compatibility with your TV before you purchase.

I am most pleased with this unit. Previous reviews indicated it was a first class wall mount so I decided to purchase it. Shipping was extremely fast. The unit has performed as stated and I am happy to give it a 5 star rating as did previous raters. I will also give first priority to Overstock.com on pending internet purchases.

This product worked out great because at first I was not sure about it being mounted on the fireplace. It looked great and I highly recommend this item to everbody. Great product, great price so what are you waiting for purchase it!

The ability to hang a 50" plasma weighing over 100# and still be able to move it with your fingertips seemed too good to be true. However, after spending a couple hours measuring and drilling, it does just that. My 50" Panazonic required the use of some spacers (provided), and using the spacers, I needed to get some longer bolts from the local hardware store, but overall installation was very straightforward. The mount comes with virtually all the hardware that one might need (except if you use the spacers and have a 50" Panasonic" ) and holds the TV very securely. I'm pretty fussy and am impressed with the quality of this mount. Even more impressive is seeing this same mount in the big box stores for almost twice as much. Highly recommend!

This is a very sturdy and well built wall mount for a large TV. It was easy to install using the supplied documentation and came with a lot of extra mounting hardware to fit a variety of televisions. Would highly recommend this product.

Ya gotta be kidding me JUST ONE INPUT? Is this 1990? Check out the cost of a DUAL Link KVM switch before you spend for this.
Now that you can cross this beast off your candidate list, I'll advise you to beware of other multiple input monitors with USB hubs. Most of them only have one upstream USB input so you'll still need a USB K(V)M switch to run two computers.
It is as if the designers never actually use their products. Such obvious deal breaking feature omissions...

I am completely happy with this wall mount. As long as you follow the directions to put up the wall mount you will be fine. It is a great product and I have no complaints.
