AMD ADO3800IAA5CU Athlon 64 X2 Computer Processor-AMD ADO3800IAA5CU Athlon 64 X2 Computer Processor
Okay, so I have been using outdated equipment for over 10 years. But this step up got me working online without all the YOUR SYSTEM IS TOO SLOW messages from the newer gaming sites with bazillions of flash apps bombarding my browsers.
No conflicts with the MO built for it and I have been monitoring it for temp and usage limits pretty closely.
works great.!

Sharp YO-P20 Handheld-YO-P20HII ORG 1MB OUTLOOK SYNC ACCSPEDOMETER 8 FUNCTIONS PC-
The screen on this product goes bad over time. You can no longer read anything you entered. Especially bad on phone numbers. Happened on both of my Sharp Wizards, even with fresh batteries. Great features, I loved the product and now it is useless. Backlighting only on screen not on the buttons, so you have to fumble for what function you want, address vs. calculator, etc. Sharp no longer makes these, probably because of consistent screen problems. Just a guess, but 2 out of 2 bad with same problem?...hmmm. I cannot now recommend. I say DON'T BUY IT! Look for something with better screen, more longevity. Otherwise you may have to re-enter all data, and possibly lose some important stuff. Connects to MS Outlook; right now that is my only hope in saving my precious data.

Acer Extensa EX4220-2555 Notebook PC
I got this laptop for my school work and it turned out to be able to do so much more. It's perfect size and the battery, compared to other Acer products, last for 3+ hours. It's got more USB ports than my desktop computer. It includes other features like a built in SD card reader, bluetooth, an IR reciever, a built in mike, and much more. So far it has never locked up on me, I guess thats comming from the 1GB of RAM. It easly runs the new versions of Office and Adobe, and is great for the office ot the light gamer.

DELL VOSTRO 200 , Intel® Pentium® Dual-Core Proc E2200 (2.20GHz, 1MB L2 Cache), 3GB DDR2 SDRAM 667MHZ ,CD-RW / DVD-ROM Combo , 250GB Serial ATA HD, Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 , Integrated
This is a great looking box with good performance for basic home computing. The only downside for me (I own a slightly upgraded version than the one shown here - better processor, graphics card, hard drive, Vista Home Premium) is that the included audio card is below par. However, it was easy to fix it with an external USB sound card for around $20.

The slim form factor makes the product look nice, but at the cost of making it less upgradable (i.e. full size graphics cards won't work)

The vostro does not come with a ton of junk software (unlike my Sony Vaio).

The fan and hard drive are very quiet, which makes it great for a home computer.

I considered this along with the HP slimline. I went with the Dell because it was quieter, was cheaper for a similar configuration and since I needed to place it on the floor, this just looked better :) Also, the build quality is surprisingly good.

Sharp YO-P20 Handheld-YO-P20HII ORG 1MB OUTLOOK SYNC ACCSPEDOMETER 8 FUNCTIONS PC-
This is a good organizer for someone who is in middle or high school. Or maybe even for someone who loses things easily so does not want to spend a lot of money on an actual palm. Its okay for what it is but it did not fit my needs. I ended up having to buy an actual palm and I gave this organizer to my little sister to play with.

Sharp YO-P20 Handheld-YO-P20HII ORG 1MB OUTLOOK SYNC ACCSPEDOMETER 8 FUNCTIONS PC-
I have owned two Palms and two iPacs which kept me organized when I was a manager. I have broken three PDA's over the last six years. Now I am retired and decided I should try something that had a lower cost, but provide me with some of the organizational features I like in a handheld.
This orgnizer fills my needs for addresses, notes, and calendar.
One of the features I really appreciate is the thin, lightweight, flip-open, protective case. I purchased an extra organizer for a 6th grader. She read through the instructions and mastered the instructions in less than an hour.
This organizer is an excellent value for basic use.
If you are addicted to Palms or Window systems, prepare to take time to learn how to use this organizer. If you want to add software, you will need to consider more expensive options.

Athlon 64X2 6400+ Black Edition
great processor, fast and easy to install. Be advised you will need a top shelf heat sink unit (processor cooler) to cool within acceptable ranges. processor tends to run hot, should be around 42c at idle and + 10c at peak. cannot run past 63c according to amd.

AMD A64 X2 5000+ 2.60GHz Black Edition Retail
Pros: Over-clockable, runs at very low temperatures (mine at 33*C in 100% load) which means you can push it far. Great multitasker. 15% performance gain if you run it at 3GHz according to the various tests I had run, and this without even playing with the voltage. Very good at floating point.
Cons: No fan (this is to be expected since it's for OCing), I run mine with a cheap $25 Rosewell. 2x512 KB L2 seems a bit low for something made in 2007, this would inevitably affect performance due to latencies.
Other: If you don't plan to overclock, may be you should get the Windsor - it would perform better right out of the box and would come with the cooler. No Intel CPU could match the performance/price ratio of this baby. I am very happy with mine.

I bought this to replace my computer that crashed right after Christma and I was surviving on my laptop. It arrived 2 days after I placed the order with Dell and I have to tell you that is mighty fast service. I absolutely love it - it takes up so little desk space that you hardly know it is there and the processor is so fast it feels like I have come out of the stone age. I prefer Windows XP but since this only came with Windows Vista I am getting used to the new software, but overall I would say this is the computer to have if you run a home based business and the Dell tech support system is fantastic. You cannot go wrong with all you get for $499.99.

Athlon 64X2 6400+ Black Edition
Coupled this with a Thermaltake CL-P0371 heatsink and running very cool. The performance you get for this price is amazing and my MSI K9A2 Platinum couldn't be happier running this with 4GB Patriot Viper PC6400 RAM. Throw in an ASUS EAH 3870 and the Razer AC-1 Gamer sound card and you have a stable system. This is more than worth the investment that will last for quite some time.

Easy to install and cool running with an Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. Bumped the multipler in my Gigabyte BIOS to x15 and the proc is running at 3.011 with no problems. Highly recommended for the price.

Compaq Presario SR5310F Desktop PC (Intel Pentium Dual Core E2160 Processor, 1 GB RAM, 250 GB Hard Drive, Vista Premium)
Had very litttle trouble in setting up and operating the new computer. It is far faster than my previous system and it was fairly easy to transfer all my old programs from the old computer to the new one.The only problem encountered was that I needed a new set of speakers to operate with this computer.

Intel E2180 Pentium Dual Core LGA775 Socket 2.0GHz 1MB L2 Cache Processor
What I know: The E2180's only stepping is M0. It was released much more recently the first E2100's. The M0 stepping is NOT a step backwards rather it is a slight improvement in among other things V-Core or CPU voltage core.

Other difference between the E2180 & the E2160/E2140 (either L2 or M0 stepping) is the Clock Multiplier: The value which is Multiplied by the the Front Side Bus (FSB).
At stock speeds the E2180 is 10X multiplier (X) a 200 FSB = 2000Mhz or 2Ghz speed for each processor core.
E2160's have a lower multiplier 9x so 9Multplier x 200Mhz FSB = 1.8Ghz
It is possible that an E2160 or an E2140 could be Overclocked further (stably) than an E2180. But this is not because of L2 or M0 stepping but rather a role of luck. Some processors are binned higher. There are poor E2140/E2160 L2 & M0 steppings just as there are great Overclocking E2160/E2140/E2180 chips. For the previous reviewer to make a statement that is wrong/false/misleading in so many ways does no one any

Garmin FRS/GMRS Waterproof 2-Mile, 2-Way Radio/WAAS-Enabled GPS with 1MB Open Memory - Yellow/Black
For anyone concerned about giving away a position in Iraq, why not go into the radio setup menu, disable the "Send Location" feature under the Send Location tab, and disable position polling under the Allow Polling tab? If these features are disabled, the Rino will not send its position when the radio is keyed. People really should read their user manuals.

Athlon 64X2 6400+ Black Edition
For an overcloker, this is a decent processor, but it is not as good when compared to its brother, the 5000+ Black Edition. The 5000+ has more overclocking potential than this due to the 5000+ being at 2.6Ghz while this is 3.2Ghz. 5000+ gets more bang for the buck. Unless, of course, you have no interest in overclocking, then i suggest you buy the regular 6000 at 3.0Ghz since it comes with stock cooler.

Compaq Presario SR5262NX Desktop Computer, 1.8GHz Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor E2160, 2GB (2x1GB) RAM, 320GB SATA Hard Drive, LightScribe SuperMulti DVD Burner, Intel GMA 950 Graphics, Windows Vi
If you are interested in this item, please read all it's qualifications carefully. There is no Monitor. You will have to buy Speakers or The DVD Player will not work. You will also have to buy a decoder for the DVD or you cannot use it on all your DVD's or any CD's. I hope that is all I have to buy. But a Monitor is a necessity too.

After reviewing the item. I was disappointed with the software. My computer would not load the software and the cable was not set up for ease of downloading. After the purchase of the additional cable and having to upgrade the software thru the internet. It would download the addresses I needed to.
