I am sure that you can get much better quality picture and sound with a more expensive camcorder, but for the money this one is great.
A lot of people complained about the audio, but I haven't really noticed much of a problem. The video quality is maybe a little lower than I was hoping for, but it is still very good.
The best things about this camcorder are that it is very compact so you can always have it with you, it is very cheap so that you don't worry about breaking it, and it is pretty much idiot proof.

First off, let me say that I love this little notebook. And I DID say NOTEBOOK. It is about time someone gives this baby its due. It has a lot of the same specs as Asus' awesome Netbook (The eee PC 1000H 160GB) but offers a LOT more quality. A lot of people are saying that they are too close to justify 300 dollars more in price but I say BAH! First off, the NETBOOK (1000H) ONLY comes with a 1-year warranty. Period. This baby comes with Asus Notebook's standard Global 2-year 360 coverage warranty WITH the option to purchase an additional 3rd year warranty. 360 coverage means that if there IS a problem, they will have it sent to them, repaired and sent back to you (usually with in a few days) at THEIR expense. PLUS, they offer a year's worth Accidental Damage Replacement after you register it within 60 days of purchasing it. You drop it, it breaks, they replace it!!! And have we all not had a graphics card or motherboard that flakes out after a year or so. When that happens to

Although I purchased a refurbished laptop, it arrived in mint condition. My first surprise was the weight. It is quite heavy for such a slim computer. It functions like new. I am exceptionally pleased with the touch pad which requires a little pressure to move the cursor. On other touch pads I have to chase the cursor around the screen because the pads are too sensitive. I would not want to lug it around campus along with an arm load of books; however, it makes a great business computer when carried in a shoulder bag. Because of the weight, I wouldn't recommend it for those who need to balance it in your lap such as on a flight or train. These are the only downsides I have found. I am blissfully content with it.

Well, I received my 4gb pink Mozaic today, and I'm very happy with it :]
I once owned a Creative Zen Vision:M, 30gb, until I lost it in the gym... It was an excellent player with a few quirks (it was somewhat laggy) but quite a brick - I dropped it about 4-5x and yet it still survived.
Well, back to the Mozaic, to break it down,
Pros:
+ The player is small and unobtrusive if you want to put it in your pocket
+ The pink is a nice shade
+ Easy to navigate through the menus
+ I was able to drag and drop music directly into the player's "Music" folder on my computer and play it immediately
+ Although the shell is made of plastic, it is very, very sturdy. I feel that I could drop it several times with minimal damage (not that I'm going to test this out!)
+ The screen is bright and vivid
+ You can save up to 32 radio stations
+ Radio signal itself is alright; just make sure you have your headphones plugged in, as they act as the antenna.
+ The speaker is decent, but not up to audiophile standards

The Fuze has more features than I want, but it is very easy to use and it is very easy to ignore the useless features.
When you get the unit, plug it in to the USB cable to charge it. Once it is charged, go into the settings menu and change the mode to MSC. This makes the Fuze act like a regular flash drive, so it will work with any operating system that supports USB. Next, format the unit. Sandisk includes some sample music that was installed in MTP mode. The two modes are not compatible, so your player will have wasted space if you keep the sample music.
Next, go to Sandisk's website. They will have a *.bin file available so you can flash the Fuze's firmware to the latest version. Just copy the file over with any file manager. They do have an updater program, but that doesn't work on my OS.
You now have a player that can handle FLAC and OGG format audio, as well as all the usual ones. That means Librivox and Project Gutenberg audiobooks work, so hard to find classics are easy to get.

Product is ok. $$$ for flash is dropping fast. Look to pay no more than $5/GB for 1-2 gigs; $4/GB for 4-8 gigs... Make sure it has a High Speed USB connection (i.e. USB 2.0). Make sure you get a secure memory stick if you plan on keeping confidential information or sensitive material. Also try to find the specs at which it reads and writes, this is where this lacks a little. Lexar Lightning Jump Drive has both security software and can read at 24MB/sec and write at 18MB/sec... but costs a bit more ($6/GB for 1-2 gigs and $5/GB for 4 gigs).

I bought this board and overall I am a fan of it's size, specs and power usage. However, the unit has a built-in fan cooling fan for the northbridge (the CPU is passively cooled by heatsink only). My first thought was that the fan looks cheap and might fail after long term use. I was wrong about the scope...it started stuttering, whining and buzzing occasionally within a few days, and after about two weeks was doing so almost constantly. Another site has a review from someone else with a similar issue. After talking with Intel that cannot just send me a replacement fan, they must replace the entire board...and I must send them the board first and wait for them to send me a replacement. Next I talked to Amazon and a very surly customer service person told me they would set up a replacement unit to be sent out and email me about it with 1/2 hour. No email about the replacement by the next day, although I did have an email asking if the issue had been handled well by customer service.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the Creative Zen Mozaic 2GB Flash Portable Media Player. It's very easy to operate, the sound quality is excellent. It's compact and perfect to take to the gym, to the park, or even around the house.

I have the earlier black macbook 2.16ghz/1gb/160gb and it has been solid and an exceptional computer since i upgraded from a powerbook g4 1gz titanium that was over 4yo. A lot of people complain about macs being too expensive, but if you know anything about apple, they target a specific market who can afford to pay for their premium computers. if you complain that they cost too much, its usually a windows person who are used to paying $500 for a crappy laptop that eventually craps out or is overrun with viruses to a point where nothing works anymore. Another thing that people don't realize is macs retain their value VERY well. I sold my powerbook g4 1ghz titanium for $550 in oct 2007 which originally cost $3k in 11/02(i bought it used for $500 in 12/05). It was still in great condition with no problems when i sold it... it was as fast as my old p4 2.53ghz desktop which has been gathering dust for a while now(i had been a windows user for nearly a decade).

For anyone wondering how to install this 2G memory in an Asus Eee PC and have it recognized as 2G, go into the Bios by holding down F2 while the computer is booting. 2Gigs should be evident in the memory line. Then just press F10 to save and close. That's it. I always trust Kingston memory. Hope I helped. BL

The Iron Key is a decent product if you're only using on computers you can be
sure are 100% malware free. If you have any intent to use on public computers,
or a friends/work computer I would not suggest this product.
The Iron key has a security hole, that has been known to the company since
August 30, 2007. The problem is that if a keylogger (hardware or software)
captures your IK Master password (no protection against this), and that person
can obtain your IK, all data and passwords in the password manager will be
compromised.
I would not recommend this product if you plan on using this product on a
computer that you can not be 100% sure there are no keyloggers (Public
computers, friend's computers, maybe work)
I presented this issue to the IK Employees and got several vague responses. The
Sales dept said there may be a fix in 2009, Tech support said there was nothing
scheduled and on the forum there is a promise of a fix in the future...

I have been a vaio sz user for more than three years (~3.5), have bought a 750 for my wife and 650 for my brother as well. I have used different versions, 160, 330 and 650 last. It is surprising to see so many negative feedbacks as I did not experience anything that bad past three years with so many different computers.
I mainly use the computer for research and simulations. As regards to performance, it is fast indeed. Even if you are running many programs together including matlab, mathematica, photoshop, office programs etc. high speed mode can handle them pretty easily. I don't see the reason why people are getting troubles with speed.
Yes it is coming with lots of software junk however I don't understand what those people uninstalling for three days. If you are a little patient you can get rid of them in an hour after you first turn on the computer. Besides you don't need to wait there watching your computer uninstalling. It might be handy to have some these software too if you don't

I have always owned a Sony laptop in the past and did not think I would ever switch. Then last year I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad. I always wanted an IBM thinkpad, and could not believe how cheap it was. It was true to form and a lovely little laptop, but it still lacked the bright Sony Screen.
When I saw the specs on this new Thinkpad I was excited at the possibilities - a huge RAM and Harddrive, but I must admit I was a bit worried about the screen.
Needless to say when my machine arrived I was excited to find that Lenovo had far exceeded my expectations. This machine is FAST, the screen so bright I turned the brightness down, and the face recognition a handy feature that stops you having to type in your password all the time. The whole style and design is awesome, with lots of controls to change settings or control volume and playback. Even the case and lid design make it look a really fancy machine.
The Vista version is the latest, and I found some software working on this machine

My husband was a little sceptical buying a computer sight unseeen and also the new windows Vista but both have proved to be very much improved over our other computer and really fast and easy to operate.

Very solidly built, great looks, styling and function, and inline with my high expectations of previous Toshiba products I have owned. Would like to see this Toshibs and a dark gray.
Two comments or glitches, pay attention to typing. Sometimes the cursor finds its way to a place you don't want it, and causes some rework. 2nd-the speaker is weak sounding, but sort of expected for such a small package. 2 thumbs up on this product, and very much worth the money.

Read my other review about the G5 for the software advantages of the Mac. And my MacBook review about running Windows on your Mac. Let's talk about the hardware:
First off I don't own one of these machines, but I work with them extensively at work (I'm a PC/Mac Technician). This model in particular. I've probably seen at least 300 of these machines, and the failure rate is about 1 in 300 thus far. So, build quality is great.
Its 2 USB and one Firewire 400 port on the front are very convenient. It has 3 USB, 1 FW400 and 1 FW800 port on the back. The stock video card can drive 2 decent sized DVI monitors. It has a combined Optical/Analog minijack for audio in and one for audio out, as well as SPDIF in and out ports. It also has 2 Ethernet ports. Inside it has 3 open PCIe slots, 4 drive bays and an open removable/optical bay. Aesthetically, it's one of the nicest looking machines I've seen. The case is aluminum, and very solid. (We often take a couple of Macs and sit on the machines without

I switched to a Mac in February after getting fed up with my XP laptop. I expected some problems, but after about six months, realized I simply could not continue to use the Mac for work (even though I do like it). Here's a partial list of what doesn't quite work as hoped:
1) Microsoft Office compatibility. Simply put, while Office for Mac is pretty good, it's not seamless. I'd say it's a 90% job, and that's not good enough for many people. If you work with colleagues to co-author documents, you'll have small glitches a lot. I always used to write documents on the Mac, then do a round of "post-production" on a PC to make sure they looked OK in a Windows environment. Office for Mac crashes A LOT and I've lost a lot of work, even with frequent saves. (A common theme: there is a workaround - save frequently and do post-production, but this is time-consuming and makes my computing experience more difficult). Another example that really got to me: if you ever copy and paste Excel tables
