This official sony case is the best there is. With room enough for 8, a firm zipper, d-clip for attaching to belt, backpack, etc., and a stiff case it still maintains a low profile and small size.
This is the only UMD case you should buy. Period.

I purchased this PSP UMD carrying case for three reasons:
1) It holds up to 8 UMDs
2) It is more compact than the longer, rectangular cases that seem to be more common.
3) It has a pouch on the back where I can keep an extra battery and an extra memory stick.
With those three reasons, I am almost completely satisfied with this product. Only hitch is that it can be tricky at times getting the games into their sleeves inside this case. But that is my only (very minor) complaint. The outside clip is handy too.

I own this case. The product description is not accurate. The center compartment does not hold 8 "UMD discs", it holds 8 "Memory Duo II memory cards". There is a BIG difference.
That said, it does hold 2 UMD disc inside, but that is all. There is no way to fit a third one inside.
The 8 inside memory card holders are hard stitched plastic on rough material. Getting a memory card into one of these slots takes a little bit of force. More force than I am comfortable applying to these fragile memory discs, in fact. To make matters worse, once inside the thick plastic slot, the top of the memory card is still outside the plastic. This applies a little bit of force to the card making it bend ever so slightly. I definately do not plan on storing any memory cards in these slots because of the potential damage.
Both outside zippers are strong high quality zippers. The zippered outside compartment also has dual layer padding, one layer of solid material and another of softer mesh.

thIs thing is great. it's as smalL as it cOuld possibly be to hold 8 umds and there's eVEn A pocket for an extra battery or Memory stick. the psp brand is All over it, so i kNow it's a quality proDuct. i couldn't Agree more with the other reviews of this product.

This is a great product. Holds up to 8 UMDs securely, and safely. Nice little design. If you need a small, carrying case for your UMDs, this one is the way to go. No doubt.

I ordered this so i could organize and bring games with me to work and school and on occasion on the road. I am very happy with this little durable case. It is put together with thick plush fabric and thick pleather. The hook is a nice addition but i wouldnt hook it on anything outside my bookbag cause that would just invite theft.
It has nice little double sided sheaves inside for the UMDs that will fit 8 of them comfortably. This case is great for a traveling gamer or if you just want to protect your games. Only con is with Amazon when i ordered mine not giving me a color choice, so while i waited for mine to be delivered, i wondered what color i would get. I wanted the black one but i got sent the blue one.

I've tried a variety of cases for UMD movies and PSP games and this one is a true gem. It's the best I've found. Most cases have a problem with the zipper, if it even works. This case has been wonderful. Zipper works perfectly and there is a nice amount of room for each game/movie disc.

If you're looking for something to carry your PSP and some accessories for a trip, this is the perfect case. I was thinking of getting this one or the larger PSP carrying case from the same company. I wanted something that wouldn't take up a lot of room though. idealy, the larger case would fit more accessories, ie: AC adapter etc. This case holds my PSP with the intec clip on charger that I use on the go. It holds one of my 2GB memory cards. Holds 2 of my games (the rest i carry in an altoids case bc it's SUPER efficient.) it holds my earphones. THE ONLY PROBLEM. is that the mesh zipper pouch on the back bulges out a little because of my earphones. I have the clip on ones that are pretty large, i'm sure earbuds wouldn't have the same effect. I personally like the clip on's though. Well, if you're thinking into buying this for on-the-go gaming, i reccomend it HIGHLY.

Holds 8 UMD disks comfortably and is officially licensed by Sony. The zipper and case is well made. The zipper has a clip on it and the side has an exterior pouch for anything else like memory sticks or whatnot. This combined with the Logitech or Sony PSP hard cases makes for a nice PSP set up.
