Nintendo DS Lite with Carrying Case and Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day
My husband grabbed this for me as an early Christmas gift. I'm addicted to Brain Age (which is the FULL game!) While visiting my Mom she fell in love too & said she's going to get one. The case it comes with is just to CHA-CHA for words; holds 3 games & an extra stylus. I'm typically a "pink" kinda gal but I have to say this color is just too amazingly beautiful. The images don't do it any justice.

Love it, Love it, LOVE IT!!!

Nintendo DS Lite with Carrying Case and Brain Age: Train Your Brain in Minutes a Day
It is hard to believe that the Nintendo DS is going on into its 5th year of making gameplay addictive. While Nintendo had delivered well with getting young gamers know how to touch their way to the stars of Super Mario 64 DS, and roll with the dice on Clubhouse Games, many gamers have really been thrown into originally getting into the DS with the wild and addictive Brain Age. This game not only changed the way we play video games on the Nintendo DS, but it really introduced video games as a assertive teaching tool for older gamers who want to make their brains feel stronger and more focused on speed and sound. Now, for the first time the original brain drain is bundled with the Nintendo DS Lite.

The new Nintendo DS Lite Brain Age bundle pack is the latest in the Nintendo DS bundle packs, and it is well worth the money. The DS Lite is set in a sleek and crisp ice blue color, which resembles the addictive gameplay of Brain Age, and how your brain will actually freeze whener you get stuck

Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon: Nintendo DS
Okay, first off, if you don't already know, this game was originally coming out October 21, but was moved to Nov. 18. Also, since I've never played Rune Factory 1, I can't compare this to it. Sorry.

Now, Rune Factory 2... A great mix of farming and dungeon crawling. Sounds weird? It is. But... it's a good weird. But was it worth the wait?

Your character, Kyle (Well, that's the default name,) wanders into the town of Alvarna with no memory. A girl named Mana finds him and gives him a farm to work on. You work on the farm, then grab a sword, spear or staff, and go kill things.

Graphics: Great. The 3-D characters really work well with the 2-D backgrounds. Some people might not like how the characters look, but personally, I love it. The swordfighting looks great, and so do the spells. 9!

Sound: Just beautiful. Great tracks, voice acting (which I LOVE!) and the music really suits the mood of the dungeons. Anyone besides me compare the sound in the spring dungeon to another track? *cough*Hyrule

Nintendo DS Lite with New Super Mario Bros.
Since Nintendo orignally came out with the Nintendo DS back in 2004, it fully brought in a whole new way we play video games on the go. Since then, gamers everywhere have been rejoyced with with video games that have been now recognized as classics like Super Mario 64 DS, the addictive puzzle game Meteos, and the addictive mental challenge of Brain Age. But, there have been also a lot of great bundle packs that also have been made like back in 2005, when the original DS was made with the fast and furiousness of Mario Kart DS. But that also could in 2006 when Nintendo remade the DS, into the popular DS Lite, which also delivers top notch gameplay, and the ability to play against other gamers online. Now, just in time for the holidays, a pair of special Nintendo DS Lite bundle packs have been made to make your favorite gamer happy on the go.

The new Nintendo DS Lite in a limited edition Red is a sleek and conveint system that is specially designed for hard core Nintendo fans everywhere of

Wii Music: Nintendo Wii
Like most people, I thought the commercial looked like people were having fun and enjoying themselves. Well, remember, you are watching paid actors!

Unfortunately, this game is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. The fact that you can imitate over 60 instruments is no big deal at all. You can accomplish the exact same results copying the actions of any musician you may watch in a video or on TV. There is no "real" significant connection of your movements to the Wii Music game. It is beyond simple, so much that anyone over the age of 5yrs would be bored to tears in less than 5 minutes. The majority of the game, if you can even call it that, you are acting like you're playing the instrument you pick at whatever tempo you like. There are no points, no significant objectives or anything.

The actual games are much more simple than what you would find playing the mini games of Wii Play. Making your own music videos with the cartoon characters... BIG DEAL! Conducting the orchestra.. WHOOPEE..

Nintendo DS Lite with New Super Mario Bros.
I had fully planned on ordering from another retailer online this morning (Black Friday), but when I hopped online at 4am their website was DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE! How convenient! But it all works out because Amazon price is CHEAPER (by over $5) AND it ships free AND no sales tax. I ordered one Mario Bundle and One Brain Age Bundle. Thank you Amazon, Santa is VERY happy!

Nintendo DS Lite with New Super Mario Bros.
Being a gamer for 20 years, I've seen my share fair of systems come and go. Although I was skeptical of the DS at first, seeing it as a gimmicky handheld with nothing new to offer (aside from that stylus functionality), I grew quite fond of it after my friend's constant nagging to get me to try it.

Games like Brain Age give you something different, but the best part for me is the abundance of awesome 2D games. The Castlevanias, Contra 4, Sonic Rush, Megaman ZX, and more are part of the grand renaissance of old school games (along with all the offerings on Xbox Live Arcade and the other consoles).

Of course, if you're looking for some quirky games taking advantage of the stylus and whatnot, they got you covered, too. WiFi multiplayer and Game Boy Advance backwards compatability are just icing on the cake.

I put off buying it for awhile, since I'm pretty happy with my PSP, but I couldn't pass up this bundle. One, it comes with New Super Mario Bros., an excellent side scroller that

Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon: Nintendo DS
Rune Factory 2

I'm writing to review to compare this second Rune Factory to the first one.

Great:
The AI is much better than it was in RF1
The Bachlorettes have a much wider range of personalities, and better thought out events.
The bulletin board system is a great way to raise friendship points and make money.
You can play as a boy or a girl in generation two.
New weapons such as a wand for spellcasting.
No major glitches; I haven't noticed any weird bugs in the AI such as I did in RF1
The scenery is really well done; I love the island.
No easy money like in RF1; you actually have to do a little work at first.
The backpack and equipment system has been made far easier to use.

Good:
The graphics have improved somewhat.
Your attacks look far more realistic.
You can see your shield when fighting!
Less glitchy than R1
Did I mention how the characters are far better done? They are all so neat!
The controls are done very well; I found them much easier than the first game's.
You can steal

Personal Trainer: Cooking: Nintendo DS
The Nintendo DS is an amazing piece of technology with far more potential than to just play video games (though it's certainly ideal for that). Personal Trainer: Cooking is the rare software that pushes the DS in a new direction while putting this potential to great use. You won't find high scores, cute characters or bonus levels in this game, because it's really a cookbook - a really good cookbook.

I was blown away by the quality of production for this game. It's much easier to use than I expected. By default you can select a country from a map and browse popular recipes from that area, or you can search the entire contents by main ingredient, calories or cooking time. All the menus are straightforward and both the hand writing recognition (which you can use to make notes) and voice commands work great, despite loud noises (pots and pans clanking) being picked up erroneously. The included videos are similarly high quality and very helpful if you are unfamiliar with any part of

Animal Crossing: City Folk with Wii Speak: Nintendo Wii
I used to have Animal Crossing on the Gamecube and loved playing it, so I was very excited to hear about a new AC coming out on the Wii.

My husband could only laugh at me as my friend and I rushed out to the store to get it on its release date--and it did not disappoint. I appreciated the fact that they kept it consistent with the old game, I was able to jump right in without having to figure a lot of stuff out. The things that I loved before were still there, with some fun new features.

I love being able to send mail to my friend's village with packages and presents. Its also great to actually be able to visit each others towns while we are online together. We're saving a lot of cell phone minutes in talking to each other over the Wii speak as well. Plus, I'm able to talk to her son as well (he is 3 and gets a big kick out of hearing my voice through the TV).

There is humor for adults (once of my animals told me, after I had been stung by a bee, that I had "bitter bee face").

Cooking Mama: Nintendo DS
I was hesitant to buy this game when it first came out since I thought it sounded somewhat boring but boy did I get proven wrong! This game is very addicting and you want to keep trying to accomplish the task until you get a perfect gold score. Some of the recipes are things I have never heard of (kinda icky), but that does not matter because it is very amusing and everyone in my family now fights to have a turn with it. I will probably be getting the Wii version as well.

Nintendo DS Lite (Polar White)
My daughter had been asking for her DS since she turned 5, but we made her wait. I thought 6 was still going to be to young, but she has since proved me wrong. In fact we will probably be buying one for our 4 year old for Christas. You just have get the right games.

She loves The Build a Bear game, and her Barbie Equestrian game. The Looney Toons Game is proving to be a bit to hard though...

I would absolutely reccomend the DS for ages 5 to 105!

Pok?mon Ranger: Shadows of Almia: Nintendo DS
I haven't had so much fun with pokemon in a long time. Much better than the first one. Lots more interesting. Never a dull moment from mission to the quests. If your new to Pokemon Ranger Series, this one is by the far the best and most enjoyable. Hint, Hint a strategy guide helps!
I recommend it for all ages.
enjoy

Go, Diego, Go: Great Dinosaur Rescue: Nintendo DS
From the book of lazy game design is Go Diego Go! Great Dinosaur Rescue. Its a mini game collection that is almost the same as the previous game, but with dinosaurs instead of safari animals. The game requires you to speak into the microphone frequently, shouting a word or phrase in Spanish usually two or three times and these short diversions count towards the title's mini game count. Riding on the back of a critter and moving either up or down to avoid debris is BACK. "Finding a critter through the camera" is BACK, only this time its dinosaurs.

The graphics are minimal, there are no video clips, only still images from the "extended episode" of the tv show that is the game's theme. The most annoying thing is the pop up still image advertising the Dinosaur Rescue and Nickelodeon after EVERY SINGLE MINI GAME. Its just advertisement and completely unnecessary.

My four year old enjoyed the game, and was excited over the dinosaur theme, but she finished it by herself without even asking

Animal Crossing: City Folk: Nintendo Wii
I missed the Gamecube US debut of AC, but I played through Wild World and loved it, for a while. The thing about AC is how quickly you become addicted to it, then how quickly you burn out. By connecting to other players' towns, you can quickly collect millions of bells you never earned, as well as all of the other fruits, and even some rare flowers if they're willing. What this does is let you pay off your multiple mortgages almost instantly, which defeats the entire purpose of the game. Once I had the biggest house, and the biggest store, there was nothing left to do except hunt for the UFO. Now, Nintendo has basically rereleased the same game on Wii. Sure they moved several NPC dealers to a separate screen i.e. "the city" but nothing has really changed. You still need to trade annoying friend codes, you still need to coordinate multiplayer via a third party instant messager, cell phones, etc. This game is great for players who have never stepped foot in the AC world before, which

Animal Crossing: City Folk: Nintendo Wii
Today I'm doing a review about the latest installment in the Animal Crossing franchise.

This game is great for newcomers of the series or hardcore fans.
The first big plus is they brought back the holidays! This is great because Wild World replaced the Original's holidays like Thanksgiving, Halloween, and Christmas with lame ones like La-Di-Da Day. This one added ones like Easter!
The true advancement is the city, an area you can reach by bus.(Which is run by Kapp'n, of course!) This area is usually bustling, except late at night and early in the morning until about 9:00 AM. It is a shopping area mostly. The Stores include GracieGrace, a high-end fashion store. I mean real High-end, like $7600 tuxedo high-end. Others include Shampoodle, a salon were you can change your hair-do and get a Mii mask, HRA Headquarters, where Lyle, a former insurance agent in Wild World, can give you the oppertunity to join. (The funny thing is, he's a weasle, literally.) Another good thing is Redd and Katrina

Animal Crossing: City Folk with Wii Speak: Nintendo Wii
If you want a review of this Animal Crossing: City Folk, you can honestly read a review of any of the previous iterations in the series. No joke, it's the same damn game, I'm pretty sure it even uses same code as the latest Japanese Gamecube version.

You can actually import your town form the DS version of Animal Crossing, that's how similar ( "similar" is stretching it) it is.

I was promised a online experience like nothing seen on the Wii before. That was a downright lie. Now, I know the Wii isn't known for great online, but I was expecting so much more. There's so many things they could of done, but it's still the same.

If you've never played a Animal Crossing game, take my advice and read a in-depth review, this version might be worth it to you. If you've played any other game in the series, condenser this when it's price drops.

Yeah, I didn't really describe the game, but fans should know what they're dropping $50 on.

80811 Korg DS-10 Synthesizer - Nintendo DS
The presentation is as barebones and intuitive as it gets, which makes for a suberb instrument. This is not a game in the traditional sense, it is a portable sythesizer as the title suggests. Nonetheless, it does not fail at being funner than most DS titles, if you want to get your musical fix. The two keyboards and four drums are full and you can put the music in note by note or use the stylus or drum and keyboard tool, thus allowing you to fine-tune your music to perfection. The four drums have which have their own separate synthesizer - like each keyboard (however any effects take effect on all drums at once). Like a brick and mortar sythesizer, there is all sorts of knobs, allowing you to create a inestimimal amount of different sounds, allowing your 16 loops to be as varied as you would like them.

All in all, the "game" is endlessly replayable, due to the fact that it is actually an instrument, which present excellent value for the money. I did not expect this game to be so

Animal Crossing: City Folk: Nintendo Wii
Having only played my Animal Crossing: City Folk once, yesterday, I must say, I am truly impressed. I see many complaints about how it's much like the DS and the GameCube versions...of course it is! It's Animal Crossing, a hugely popular game, why change something that's not broken?

I never played the GameCube version, which could be why I am enjoying the graphics so much. They are much better to see when on a TV screen vs. the little DS screen. The graphics are great...though it seems to take much longer to get around town. :)

A huge bonus I stumbled on? When you have a tool in your hand, simply hit the right/left direction button on the Wiimote and you automatically change to the next tool in your inventory. Very convenient when you are chasing down a bug...and see a balloon present floating in the sky.

By reading the Animal Crossing Guide, there are many more goals to accomplish, more furniture types, new ways to get different items, new visitors and of course, the new city

Tomb Raider: Underworld: Nintendo DS
I am a Tomb Raider fan since the beginning. I have a PS2 and was really wanting that version of the game, which has been inexplicably delayed until possibly the end of January. But I saw that there was a DS version and since I own a DS I figured I'd give it a shot, since I don't want to buy a next gen console at this point, and I have no patience LOL.

This game is very nice on DS. The graphics are amazing and I havem't had any bugs. Of course it is 2D but it looks so real that I keep forgetting that! I keep trying to run in the background and whatnot. In that respect I am very pleased that it is such a hig quality game.

The game itself is not very hard and I have heard rumors that it is quite short like Legend and Anniversary were. I do not know if it is more simplified for DS, but it is quite easy for the most part. There are some simple tetris like puzzles and some artifacts. The game has a limit on health and guns and I never seemed to have a problem with what I had in stock. Once
