Hey don\'t accuse other kids of not being careful with it or not being too bright. We can\'t all be super-geniuses. I googled this several times and it seems it is NOT a un-common problem. It would appear that getting one that actually connects to a PC is hit or miss. Looks like I missed....
Good thing Wal-Mart takes returns without question if you have a receipt, I have had this thing exactly 1 day and it will NOT connect via USB I have tried 2 different computers and 3 different OS ( I have removable drive bays in my desktop so I can work with different OS). All with the same problem so if we damaged it we did it taking it out of the package, which says to me the thing might be a little on the flimsy side. Works great with the codes that are on it, we tried entering codes manually but after putting the game ID in the bottom screen gets scrambled and won\'t do anything else so yeah I am pretty sure we have a bad one.....
I\'ll try and post if a new one works. Might take several trips to Wal-Mart though.... ;>

Wish I had one of these instead of the older model. Just looks so much nicer!
