HP 2311xi 23 inch Diagonal IPS LED Backlit Monitor
Pros: Size, image clarity
Am very happy with the HP 2311xi screen. I run dual screens so now my 19" additional screen seems tiny and I wish I had a second one of these, although I would run short on desk space.

Hp - 17.3" Pavilion Laptop - 8gb Memory - 1tb Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: Workhorse
Cons: Price.
This is as good as everyone says in these reviews at Best Buy and at other sites where its listed for sale. Was looking at other laptops for less than $600 but decided to get more of everything for a little more. Didn't want teh 17.3 screen but really like it. Especially when having lots of files and pages open. IE 9 is still slow so downloaded Google Chrome. Much better. Have a NetGear N300 on my desktop for wireless connection to a Verizon JetPack and it drops signal occasionally. The built in LAN/Wifi on this has never lost connection once to the JetPack. A little touchy on the pad for zooming in and out but you get used to it. Pad can be turned off when doing heavy typing.
Refurbished or not- make sure it is checked by you and sales associates before you leave the store. Check all keys, lit keypad, screen and functions with logging on as well with the fingerprint verifyer.
Have been well pleased with service at our local store in Wooster, Ohio with various products purchased

HP - Pavilion Desktop - 6GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Pros: Easy to set up, reliable, fast
I've had this computer for about 2 months now after replacing a Dell that had been through two motherboards in less than a year (known Dell problem but they kept replacing with faulty devices). Have been extremely happy with the HP. Not overly excited about Windows 8 but have gotten relatively used to it over time. I would definitely get this computer again if I needed another. The optional 23" screen which came with this package is a major plus as well!

HP - Pavilion 173" Refurbished Laptop - 4GB Memory - 640GB Hard Drive - Sparkling Black
Pros: graf card
Cons: slow pc chip
ok the winners at Hp put a a6-4400m chip in with a good graff card ??? why ..Hello the laptop stops half the time because its too busy thinking what do I do next.. and forget playing high level PC games because if the card can handle the programs the pc chip is too slow too keep the info coming in too run the game smooth don't waste your time or money on this machine its a same they went cheap on this laptop with a little better chip this would have been a good mid-range Pc ..revx

Hp - Envy 15.6" Laptop - 8gb Memory - 750gb Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: RAM, Processor, Built-in cam, back-lit keyboard, BluRay, 10-key number pad
Cons: Windows 8, keyboard feels cheap, screen doesn't rotate back far enough
I bought this laptop as a Black Friday deal for $500 - for a cheap laptop, it holds its own with high performing tech specs and newer features that are standard in some of the more expensive models. However, typing on the keyboard feels like you could push your fingers right through them at times.

HP - 20" Touch-Screen All-In-One Computer - 4GB Memory - 500GB HDD + 16GB SSD
Pros: touch screen
Cons: getting use to new features
We are very blessed to finally get a new upgrade, out with the old in with the new! What I really like about this computer is that we have 18 months to pay it off, with no interest! My old desk top took up so much room on my desk, it amazing that they can pack so much performance in just a flat screen monitor now.....I just love modern technology.
So far no complaints!

HP - ENVY 156" Laptop - 6GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: ? Didn't have it long enough to find out
Cons: windows 8
1. if pointer touches even corner of a tile it activates it and you are going where you did not want to go.
2. you cannot see where/what is in or assoc. with each tile.
3. once you get somewhere, you are hard put to get back, if you can get back at all. there are a lot more issues, but the point is mute, since we returned this computer and got one with Windows 7.

HP - ENVY Desktop - 10GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Pros: fast, attractive, quiet
Cons: unable to run higher level games
I bought this computer about 2 weeks ago. I have been hearing a lot of things about how if you build your own computer some parts may not be compatible with each other. So, I decided to pick up this computer because it was cheap. After getting home and getting it all set up, i threw in battlefield 3. Right away I was disappointed. I had to run the game on almost lowest settings for it to run at good frames. Later, I tried Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. This game ran Fantastic!! Highest settings with NO lag at all!!

HP - ENVY Desktop - 10GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Pros: I like HP
Cons: Computer freezes at start
Two days into my new computer and I encountered a problem. When turning the computer on it freezes up and you have to manually rebook it to start. Called HP and they were great, he wanted to reformat the PC. I'm thinking of returning it for another one....I feel I cant trust it anymore

HP - Pavilion 20" All-In-One Computer - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Pros: There's no bulky computer on the floor! and the colors are bright and vivid!
Cons: It's a little different to adjust to windows 8 from vista
I really like my "all in one" HP computer, for $500 bucks you just can't go wrong! I was over Gateway! I wish I had another $200 for the touch screen :) I love the speed, the brightness, the apps and the 20" screen for my eyes! I use it only for home use, so other than that, I have no complaints! It is a windows 8, which is waay different from Windows Vista, so just getting used to the navigation takes some time.

HP - ENVY 14" Laptop - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver
Pros: Quality.
Cons: Battery Life
This is the fastest laptop I've ever had, even faster than a MacBook Pro. You get a lot more with this than you do with the MacBook Pro, and its cheaper. It's is also great for school, and gaming!

HP - Pavilion 20" All-In-One Computer - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Bought in Danbury, Best Buy. Returned because every time we would turn on the Computer it would require a NEW password. WHY? After we would put in a new password then we could use the computer. Internet worked great. Called Geek squad and told to return unit. Returned unit for exchange but asked that the store check it first. After 3 and a half hours (John was technician) he could not load Office on the computer. He said we could return the next day and they woud have it ready or we could take it then. We decided to take the computer because we could not come back the next day. This time the unit took the password but we could not get on the internet. Returned the computer and am going to go on line to purchase a machine and NOT a HP all in one. Very disappointed in Best Buy and HP.

HP Elite v2 Keyboard - Wireless - RF - Black - USB - English (US) - PC - Mute, Volume Down, Volume Up, Internet, Sleep Hot Key(s) - QWERTY
Pros: Very easy to hook up at a nice price
This product was available when I needed it. My old keyboard had gotten wet from a spill on Christmas Eve. I was able to order this keyboard that day and pick it up the same day.

HP ENVY 4 Touch-Screen Ultrabook 14" Laptop:Intel Core i3-3217U processor, 4GB Memory ,500GB Hard Drive, 802.11 b/g/N, Backlit Keyboard, Bluetooth, USB 3.0, Webcam, Windows 8, Midnight Black
Pros: Awesome touchscreen
Cons: Cheap power cable already broken
Overall, very satisfied with the laptop -- touchscreen is really cool. Disappointed, though, with the cable that plugs into the laptop from the power supply -- connector is already falling apart because it sticks out far and is prone to being banged about. An annoyance in an otherwise good product.

Hp - Envy 15.6" Laptop - 8gb Memory - 750gb Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: Dependable, durable
Cons: The power cord comes off easily.
It's a good buy. However. the price could have been lower. I like the various functions, and it is average size to carry on the planes, or place in a carrying case and take to work or elsewhere. HP is a great product. So I'm happy with my purchase.

Hp - Envy 15.6" Laptop - 8gb Memory - 750gb Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
After listening to numerous Best Buy support staff, who all assured me HP products were improved over the products of years past....... I purchased an HP computer.....I should have listened to my gut and passed on this computer. I purchased the computer after Thanksgiving before heading abroad for work. I purchased the computer primarily to Skype with friends/family.

HP - ENVY 156" Laptop - 6GB Memory - 750GB Hard Drive - Natural Silver
Pros: Fast computer for resonable price.
Cons: Wireless Is HORRIBLE
Over all this laptop is decent. Processing power and graphics is good for everyday computer use. I returned both laptops for one reason only an that is the wireless problems it has. It drops connection all the time even though you have full bars.

HP - ENVY Desktop - 10GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive
Pros: Speed, features, sound level, upgradeable, comes with keyboard/mouse
Cons: Nothing that I have noticed
This computer is great for gamers and it great for using in the office. When I turned it on for the first time, I noticed how quickly the computer booted up. Windows 8 is pretty easy to get used to if you've used windows in the past. This computer can run all the games I have tried extremely fast. This computer can be easily upgraded in case you want to change anything that it has. Another great thing about this computer is that it comes with a keyboard and mouse so that you don't have to buy one. When this computer turns on, it is extremely quiet so it's not the only thing you hear in your room or office the entire day.

Hp - 20" Widescreen Flat-panel Lcd-led Monitor Model: W2071D
Pros: Awesome wide design, and good display. It was very easy to set up.
Cons: The specs say its maximum resolution is 1600 x 900, the max resolution is actually 1024 x 768; the screen is off-center.
It is a great monitor for the price, but the image has low resolution and the screen is too far to the right (there is a black area to the left and an area that is cut off to the right.) If anyone knows a solution it would be helpful.
