Base unit works fine. Loaded with features. However, cannot obtain dial tone on hand-held, but hand-held rings. Tried all suggestions for fix. Hand-held unit shipped is designated Unit #3. Order does not include back-up battery, wall mounting adapter or belt clip. V-Tech toll-free technical support is ONLY voice message instructions, no connection to live support is possible. For that reason alone I wouldn't buy a V-Tech product again.
