I purchased this online with best buy's help. They highly recommended this one for what I needed it for. I had alot of scanning to do for my husbands business and print it all off. It scanned just fine and was easy to fiqure out how to scan to a PDF file. Then the problems began. I could not keep printing like I wanted to because it would keep disconnecting. I even hooked up my WIRELESS to a usb cable and it still would print 3-8 pages and then I would have to shut it down in order to get it up and running again. I even called lexmark and they told me to dissconnect the power cord and I had to do it several times to get it to print again.
