Product Review

Samsung SCX-4500 Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printer
We purchased this printer in January 2009. 1.5 years later it broke on us. We called Samsung Customer service. The representative told us, that it would cost $137 for their repairman to come over to our place to check on the printer + any parts. Fortunately, we had an extended warranty with Fry's (where we purchased this printer) that costed us $29 at the time of purchase. Hopefully, our printer will be fixed now. I don't think it's fair for Samsung to charge money for bad quality of their own product. I used to love Samsung... Conclusion: if this printer will break after our extended warranty expiration, I will purchase a different brand.
