I have two of these. Everything was fine until I wanted to upgrade the program. I downloaded the upgrades from Magellan & followed the instructions explicitly on both of them. They both froze up during the upgrade. Apparently they are both trashed. I have emailed Magellan with no response. I will look at other brands from now on. Too much money for them anyway.
