If you have a DVI output on your computer (and that's all modern Apple Macs for example) then get a monitor that has a DVI input! HDMI is not quite equivalent no matter what anyone tells you. While this monitor looks great attached to my older 15" Macbook Pro when I attached it to my newer one (bought in December 2009) it took me ages to get the resolution set up right without horrible aliased fonts and other jaggies. I've never experienced that sort of set up issue with a DVI equipped monitor before and I hope to never repeat the experience. Also the little ring thing that props the monitor up and allows you to adjust it's angle just isn't as flexible as a "proper" old style monitor stand. As a piece of furniture it's ok (as in it looks the part), but as an actual monitor these are significant enough defects to prevent me giving it a passing grade.
