Pros: I've had this card for about a year and it's still running. It has good sound quality when it works right. Cons: The extremely few features that the card and software have are terrible. The software looks like it was ported from a previous card, as 90% of the features are disabled or don't do a thing. The card cannot even play a video's audio on more than one speaker channel. Recent driver updates have fixed many problems, but the card was plagued with a plethora of sound issues for a long time. Customer Support was completely useless, both online and on the phone. Advice: The Creative cards are a far better value; spend the extra money for an X-Fi. I bought this card to replace an old creative card that was no longer compatible with my OS. I deeply regret not getting another Creative.
